Here’s a pic of my Dumerils Kratos, he just turned 4 today. Got back from a trip and took him out for a sun bath

Was looking for a project car to do some wrenching and take it out to the desert on weekends. Found this TJ locally for $2,800 talked down to $2,000. Frame has surface rust but it’s solid, gave it some stabs with a screwdriver all over. Needs new front fenders, new Power steering high pressure line, and a cat back muffler. Got that fixed for $1200 and have about $5,000 left to work on it.
Its a 5speed manual, unfortunately it’s the 4 cylinder but couldn’t pass for the price

I just got a new device and was going to sell my old one, anyone willing to sanity check me on my listing price?

Planned Asking 2950 For it. Its 2318 FOM so I figured $1 per FOM + 650 for the housing. WP no obvious blems.

I’ve had it listed locally and got 0 interest so maybe I’ve overshot its value?

Found a more original looking stock set. Not surplus new manufactured but the geometry and color is a bit closer and found an M70 pistol grip.

My friend bought this MD-63 but wasn’t satisfied with the condition. It was missing the gas pin and front sight pins, and the receiver was overdrilled. He let me have it for $300. The lower will likely need to be replaced, but it should still shoot fine.

Found this Italian made 92fs locally for $450 and had to grab it. I have an m9a4 and m9a1. But there’s nothing like the classic 92. Pure vibes

Im a newer gunsmith and this tisas has become a test gun for different 1911 finishes. Not sure how I feel about this one. Gun came from tisas cerakoted. I stripped it down. Blued it then hit with brass brush. Think I’m going to reattempt and leave more blueing

Colt assigned part number 62316 to their “New Model” M7 design. These were produced under contract by the Imperial Knife Company of Providence, Rhode Island, around 1963–1964

Roughly 30,000 units made. But Only about 8,000 made it into U.S. military service (mostly Vietnam era). The remaining ~22,000 sat in storage until the early 1990s, when Colt sold them off as surplus/export.

There were also licensed versions made in West Germany by Carl Eickhorn (marked “Made in W. Germany”), but the true US-made Imperial/Colt ones are the prized ones

The M7 bayonet was adopted in 1964 as the official bayonet for the M16 rifle. It was a evolution of earlier designs like the M4/M5/M6 series.

Colt XM16E1 the predecessor to the M16A1. This gun cost more than I expected to put together, but I’m very happy with how it came out.

Just received a Type D stock for my XM16E1 build. I left a note with the order saying that if they happened to have any stocks with original rack numbers or labels, I’d really appreciate one — but I’d be happy either way.

They completely delivered! The stock is in excellent shape and they hooked me up with a perfect period-correct green embossed rack tag: “12 83914”
