i have so many pictures of him taht i wanna send but sadly it wont let me upload more than one photo

I used to use this iPhone 3G once in a while to mess around with cydia, but after having it shut off for a while, it told me it was itunes locked. When plugged into a PC, an unknown error occurs. Am I cooked?
