Last October it was my 30th birthday and it was actually the night before my 30th and I was at a local bar with a few of my brothers close mates and my former best mate wasn’t even invited and he wasn’t even told about it and he rocked up had a go at me in front of me and my brother’s mates and then ended up saying some really horrible things behind my back to my brother‘s mates and how I found out was that one of them told me the next day things he said about me when I sent him a message. He had blocked me on all platforms except for Instagram sent him a message after my birthday and just said to him what was that all about and got some pretty horrible messages from him and it really broke me and actually ruined my 30th birthday last year and given I don’t have many close mates in life and it still affects me to this day when I keep trying to get over it I just can’t. I have spoken to family and professionals and it was just the worst birthday I ever had. It really angered me and still does to this day. All my life I have had a lot of severe trust issues with other mates in the past.
