So I got access to the coop portal and have begun applying for jobs. Is it possible to get interviews with a 3.2 gpa? If anyone has been in my position I’d love to hear what your experience was.

So I showed up late for a lab last week and had to partner up with this group of 4 girls. Now from the outside these girls were inseparable, the best of friends. Always talking and laughing with each other, I’d never see one without the other 3.

So anyway we’re working and one of the girls goes to the bathroom, and I kid you not-the MILLISECOND she stepped out of the door her 3 “friends” started talking shit about her. They talked about her hair, her outfit, her behaviour and were so rude I felt like stepping in but did nothing. Then of course when the girl came back they were friendly like nothing happened.
Are all girl friend groups shallow like this? It kind of made me sad for her ngl

Looking for a job for the summer and there’s like 4 locations in my area (Pickering) and one of them has a big ass “HIRING” sign but it’s been up for months. Should I walk in and give them my resume or apply online. Personally I’ve had no success applying online unless it was for coop from my uni

So I just finished second year and my overall gpa is solid (3.44), I’ve been applying to co-op and have only gotten ine interview. I have one part time job experience in my resume from 3 years ago and no other campus involvement.
I’ve spent the first two years of uni going to class and back. Where tf do I sign up for a case competition? How do I join a club related to my major (accounting)? No one from the school responds to my emails maybe cause it’s the summer 🤷‍♂️
