Just signed up and a simple request to change the access name on the account (from wife to husband) has been in review for over a week? I feel like this is a huge red flag. Anyone want to weigh in?

Last time I brought in at about 3:00 pm ate around 6. Luke warm, forget about leftovers. Guess who is shopping for another new microwave?

On my 4th Lease (since 2017) and actually love the latest as much as any of them! Truly aside from a chime that I can never identify the cause or a loose rear view mirror (which I believe was more a tech caused accidentally) my experience has been no problems. Now I have an issue I have never seen or heard of before.
Last Saturday I was heading out and key fob in pocket pressed start knob/ button and nothing. Car is new in January 26 so wtf? After pushing button numerous times and opening and closing driver’s door I had one idea. Got out used remote start on car and which worked and I left. Called dealer when it happened (as soon as I got where I was going. Told me to press start knob with key fob and I’ll be all set!
Happened again yesterday so I immediately got fob from pocket and it failed to work until I tried flipping the fob around and it finally worked. Anyone else have any experience with this? Personally I think it has to do with the cars technology and or security?

Friedrich seems to be living off the name. Look them up here and you’ll see their reputation for failure is terrific!
