Started reta on June 2nd and have lost 22lbs since. I got my period exactly a week after my first pin so I didn’t experience what a full cycle was like while on Reta till now. I am in my luteal phase right now and my woooooord I feel like a bear who just came out of hibernation the way I am craving food and looking for the next best meal.

It’s been 36 hours since I first noticed the increase in appetite and all I want is carbs. Not sugar, not greasy food, just the freshest of the fattest loaded subs and sandwiches. My weight has fluctuated up 3.5lbs since but I am rolling with the motions of my hormones at peace. 🧘🏽‍♀️☮️ Gave myself grace as I stuffed my face with a Jersey Mike’s sub yesterday, and now today I am strongly convinced the only thing that will make me whole again is a lobster roll.

I have been religiously devoted to ground turkey, sardines, eggs, kefir, kiwis, potatoes and chicken breast etc since the start of this, but carbs are calling me and I am ANSWERING THE CALL 📞 Well… for one more day at least. Will bounce back after this episode. That is all.

I’m a beginner (29F) at strength training and was nervous to start in the gym, so I thought purchasing a set for home would be a reasonable place to start.

Is a set of 5-20lb dumbbells enough to see and feel good progress for now?

I’d like to eventually invest in 25-50lbs so I can optimize lower body workouts, but in the meantime will get some resistance bands in addition to the weights I currently have.

I took my first dose 24 hours ago (1mg), and while I spent today with noticeably less food noise, I ended up binging a bit towards late night. Feeling kind of bummed about that defeat on my first full day. I understand it’s extremely soon and if the effectiveness progresses as it should these behaviours will improve, but to those of you who had struggled with binging, I was curious when that stopped for you and at what dose? Do you still experience it at some points?

Ever since she came back from Italy at the end of season 1 her stock has gone DOWNNN📉

At first she was cool. Outside of sheltering and forcing her trauma on Lucas’ life she was mostly pleasant to watch as a matriarch figure. But since coming from Italy, she’s developed into this jaded, holier-than-thou character.

& I just.. I hate the way she did Keith man. Smh watching her have a thing with her professor irks me. She’s just so unseasoned and boring, like no expression. Even when she’s angry or having a good time her energy is dry. The bob is certainly not giving her any points. Idk everything about her just annoys me!! 😩

I feel like even then, can you really trust their word until after you’ve paid for it and installed it yourself? Can one confidently buy one used or is this one of those appliances you should always try to buy new?
