Ate The Most Calories in 3+ Months (BIG TW⚠️CALORIES)

Hi! Apparently I’m “in recovery” even though I absolutely do not want to recover. I’m enrolled in Monte Nido virtual IOP, and I have to eat dinner with them tonight. The problem is I usually restrict a lot, but today I accidentally ate a whole 5.5oz container of sour cream & onion pringles which shot me way over the amount I usually eat. I am now full out of my MIND, and it is almost impossible to skip your meals on the virtual appointment without…well…I don’t want to find out. I have NO idea what to do, and I really need words of encouragement and help!! Thank you :)

Hair Dye + Pools/chlorinated water

Hi!! Over the summer I have been dyeing my hair bright pink. The only thing though, is that I’m a HUGE pool swimmer (when the water is warm ofc haha) I remember last year, I had semi-permanent hair dye which was pink. The pools KILLED the colour right out of my hair, in literally a 10 minute swim. Even with permanent dye I heard, which I’ll be doing this year, it still takes the colour out. The only thing I can think of is wearing a swimming cap, which I could totally do; it’s not the end of the world. But I was wondering if there are any products to avoid wearing a cap? Either a really strong dye, a dye with sun/chemical protection, or a product like a serum that acts as a shield against your hair.
Thank you!! c:

TL;DR

I swim a lot during the summer, and the pools/chlorinated water takes the colour out immediately. Looking for products to prevent this besides a swimming cap!
