[Review Request] BCD Clock Schematic (first schematic design ever)

Hi guys,
I'm working on my first ever project which is a simple BCD clock using an Arduino Nano.
I would appreciate a review of the schematic as well as any formatting issues that could be improved. For example, I know my placement of the decoupling capacitors is weird---but I wanted to preserve the pinout of the IC.
Thank you.

what makes PD wall chargers disconnect power upon renegotiation?

you guys know how when you have a dual usb c PD adapter / wall charger and you connect a second load---the first load must renegotiate power delivery so it drops to 0V for a small amount of time?

this is present with cheap adapters that contain HUSB protocol chips. however, more expensive 100W adapters that have iSmartWare, injonic chips or even infineon microcontrollers to handle the PD protocol don't have this issue.

i'm trying to specifically find out what the chips that don't have this reset issue do that the others don't.

does anyone have any information to provide me with? thank you so much

looking for a first car new/used with comfort in mind

i drive 100 miles each day minimum and am looking for something comfortable because i'll be in it for like 4 hours a day lol. i want something with leather seats, a phenomenal stereo preferably with a sub, and also safety features like back up cam and blind spot monitoring.

i'm looking for a sedan and i was thinking to buy a 26 civic sport touring hybrid (my commute is mostly highway so the hybrid doesn't save MUCH but it is stop and go in the morning so maybe?) but i was wondering if there is anything else i should look at

i'm open to used as well of course, if i can find something super cheap (under 10k) that i can drive for a year or two before getting a big boy car, then i would love to save money now. but im also open to something brand new just because i have the money and i want to get something nice if ill be spending so much time in it. don't tell me its a bad financial decision pls!
