Out-of-state tuition waiver

Looking for any first-year or transfer (preferably transfer) out-of-state students who were able to get enough in competitive scholarships for the tuition waiver. If so, how easy or hard do you think it was? And what was your high school/prior college GPA? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Subtle edits/gambling site spam

Same tactic and site described in this post: user posts image and then edits post 1-2 days later with mention of gambling site.

Classes at other institutions

Has anyone taken classes at other institutions that their CC or 4-year school lacked? The only two foreign languages my CC offers are ASL and Spanish, but I was thinking about taking either Ancient Greek or Latin for a possible classics major (still extremely undecided though).

I see quite a few schools that offer one or the other as an online course for credit, especially in the summer. e.g. Harvard has a summer school running a Latin course this summer and Randolph College in VA has a whole Ancient Greek sequence throughout the year.

I'm wondering from people who did something similar if a.) the credits transferred well to your school (even if only as elective credit) and b.) if the school you transferred to took those credits as well. Thanks!
