Just got a switch and am looking for classic game recommendations

Hey everyone. Long story short I got a switch (again) to play some games with my girlfriend. But I also want to get some stuff for myself. I sold mine years ago because I just didn’t have that much fun with what I had however I see a good opportunity to use this as a handheld. That being said some of the gaming I’ve been into lately is classic games. I know the switch has a monthly service to play classics but to be frank I don’t want to pay for that. So far the games i know I’ll be picking up is the sega genesis collection and the Mario 3d all stars along with super Mario galaxy 2. Any other suggestions on if there were other physical classic games they made? Thanks in advance.

Looking for a classic video game store in the Dallas/mesquite ish area

Anyone have any suggestions for classic video game stores in the Dallas area? Every time I google them I just end up finding a bunch of gamestops. Also I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with some local video game stores. I don’t mind driving into Dallas but I’m all the way in Kaufman county. Sometimes I’m in mesquite. Thanks in advance.

What console exclusives would you suggest a first time Dreamcast buyer?

So I have started turning back the clock on gaming and realized I just enjoy older games more than new games for the most part. I’m playing baldurs gate 1 atm. Because of this I have the itch to buy more classic consoles and games and realized I’ve never even touched a Dreamcast before. Online they’re pretty affordable console wise but I have no idea what games I should get. I’m specifically looking for game suggestions that are exclusives or you feel just fit the Dreamcast better.

Every time I look up an Everest STL file to print I can’t find one that even remotely resembles this. Can anyone help me to find it and link it? Edit: SLOVED by JCGilbasaurus

Hey everyone. I am going through the process of being licensed to sell health and life insurance. I have been spending about 3 hours a day studying and I feel some of it is sticking but some not. I hand write my notes but I’m just a bit nervous on the exam. On all the practice tests for each chapter I go over and such I score an 80% but it just feels like a lot of information. Any tips you could give to help with retention and such? Thanks in advance.

[system agnostic] Hey everyone. I was wondering if maybe I could get some help on the scope of foundry. So I have an idea that I want to create a virtual table for my group to play on. But I have 2 uses for it. One for DnD and another for Lancer. However my idea is that I want to only use foundry as my ground and then I will terrain build my 3d objects like buildings and maps. My question is does foundry have maps in the styles of this? I really like the aesthetic of games such as streets of rage 2 and early Gundam but I just didn’t know if things like this were available. Thanks for the help in advance and here are some pictures for reference, what I am looking for is that sort of pixelated style that feels retroish.

Just thinking of ideas for my character and aesthetic. I recently got back into Gundam (for real this time) because when I was young I just kinda watched it without knowing anything about it. I’m on Zeta and I just love the look and feel of it. I was wondering what your guys inspirations are for stories or aesthetics.

People can just put big text on a picture with no source and people immediately believe it. It’s pretty disturbing.

I’m looking for inspiration on how best to set up a table for lancer in the future. My idea is to use a VTT with 3d terrain pieces but I would love to see what everyone else is running. I’m getting super stoked to play some sci fi stuff.
