I’m looking at picking up my first thermal device to primarily mess around with for fun. I plan to bring it with me on hikes for animal spotting. Would a 256 sensor monocular be decent enough for my use? Does anyone here have a 256 monocular and can comment on how well it works and possibly send a picture? While a 384 definitely seems clearer based on videos I saw, not sure if it’s worth double the price for my super casual use. Thanks for any information!

I’m looking at getting into Star Wars cards as a new collection/hobby. Does anyone have any recommendations where is the best place to shop for cards/boxes? I primarily want to collect signature cards from the main movies.

Let me preface this with at the beginning of our relationship, 5yrs ago, we both stressed the importance of not getting into this kind of stuff. Fast forward 4yrs my fiancé and I moved together October of last year for me to pursue a job opportunity. We lived together for a year previously. Shorty after moving down to this new city when I got home from work I found a vape near her purse which was kinda hidden. I immediately confronted her about this and asked her what this was all about. I figured maybe the move and having a bad influence at her new work caused her to get into this because of the stress. She told me that it was mostly because of the reason I thought. We talked for a hour and we drove to throw out the vape together and I forgave her. I asked if she was addicted and she replied, “no, I only did it once in a while when you were gone.” She said she would never do this again and felt really bad because she knew how important this was for me. Three months pass and everything has been good. February of this year I proposed to her. The week after I found another vape in the bathroom. Great start to the engagement. I asked her about it again and it was a very similar conversation to before. I said I was upset about the vaping, but I was more hurt that she would lie and hide this from me a second time. Once again she broke down crying and said that she doesn’t want to loose me and said that she swears she will never do this again. I asked if she was a consistent user and she once again said no. Fast forward to today I find nicotine gum in her purse. While I know it’s not a vape, I still can’t help but feel lied to again about this scenario. I think I would feel a lot better if she would have just told me she had an issue rather than hide everything. She told me that she hasn’t bought any nicotine products and has been doing good whenever I check in with her. The nicotine/vaping isn’t the biggest issue for me. It’s the fact that she lied to me and hid this now three times that makes me not trust her. What is the best approach to this scenario moving forward?
