Binge/Mindless/Over Eating
Any advice on how to control binge/mindless/over eating? I need help bad. I’m 230 and want to be healthy for my newborn baby girl, but I’m always hungry and can eat an unlimited amount of food. Thanks in advance!

Found this hunk of metal on the side of the road. Replaced the flavor bars, burners and slapped a battery in the igniter and she’s good as new!
I’ll primarily use this for chicken and meal prep. Everything else goes on my 22” kettle 🤙🏻
