One of the views from last Fridays drive. Couldn’t find any shade and had to move on. But this was a decent view.

Got in a few chapters at a lake today before it became to popular. Then had to find a bit more peaceful spot.

I have the rest of the week off. Thought I would start it with a beer and a cigar.

Pretty chill Sunday. Kinda cold and stormy this morning/afternoon. But the wind stopped. So why not enjoy a cigar while doing some reading in the garage.

Jumped on a prime day kindle. First one ever. And Just finished Dark Age. About to jump into Light Bringer.

Was gifted this today. Thought I would try it out. I have never smoked anything from nub.

A year ago or so I started to read I have not read a book since 2004 maybe. I surprised my wife by reading her favorite book series. TOG. Then that went into ACOTAR and CC. Well switched things up and went Red Rising. After all those books. I jumped on the prime days and bought the paper white version. Looking forward to finishing Dark Age on the kindle.

The Tetons are almost like Rainier. When you already have hundreds of photos you still take more. This was from last night from Ashton Idaho.

Cloudy morning smoke. My house is the start of the local parade. Thought I would watch it while enjoying a Whiskey Row.

Down a random dirt road found this log swing. It was cut down a few months after this photo was taken unfortunately. I always wanted to do a shoot with someone swinging on it.

This is in WA. Around Rimrock Lake. It is the only section of road like this. But it is the coolest section of road. But in the winter it sure makes a beautiful photo.

Was at the in-laws yesterday and leaving we saw the local fox who runs around up there. You can see in the first photo he is missing a paw. It fell off after he stepped in a trap last year. But he has adapted and is still out doing fox things. He is looking good this year.

Spent the day at the in-laws watching humming birds on the feeder. The sun coming through made for some pretty colors on the (edit) I think this is a Rufous hummingbird not a ruby throated humming bird.

Got this watch last Sunday. Loving it. Have a darker band on the way as well. But just fits the wrist so nice.

Tonight’s smoke. Always a go to for me.
