Combination sip and chug lid?

A few years ago, I found a 3rd party lid for wide mouth bottles that had both a straw and a screw top chug opening. It ended up breaking eventually and isn't being sold anymore. Has anyone found anything like this? I thought I found a similar one recently but it's too big.

True mulching blade for 21" 80v mower

Looking for a true mulching blade (mulching fins at the ends) for my Kobalt 21" 80v mower, which has the same proprietary chevron-shaped blade alignment pegs as the Greenworks counterparts. I know Walmart carries a 2-blade set for the Greenworks 2 blade mowers and I thought about buying that and just using the mulching blade since it has the same cut-outs but not sure if it has a cutting edge or if the 2 blade system depends on the other blade for cutting. Can anyone confirm whether I can just use the mulching blade in the 2-blade kit on a single blade mower? Alternately, I've also found some universal blades out there but I don't know how limiting the proprietary chevron-shaped blade alignment nubs on the Kobalt are. The universal blades usually have round side holes. Can I just use a universal blade with appropriately-sized round side holes or do I need to specifically find chevron-shaped ones? If not, are there any options available for this pattern?

True mulching blade for 21" Kobalt 80v mower

Looking for a true mulching blade (mulching fins at the ends) for my Kobalt 21" 80v mower, which has a somewhat proprietary fitment. The standard blade has a round center hole and chevron-shaped blade alignment cut-outs (see photo in reply below). I know Walmart carries a 2-blade set for the Greenworks 2 blade mowers and I thought about buying that and just using the mulching blade since it has the same cut-outs but not sure if it has a cutting edge or if the 2 blade system depends on the other blade for cutting. I've also found some universal blades out there but I don't know how limiting the proprietary chevron-shaped blade alignment nubs on the Kobalt are are. Will they fit in a universal blade with round cut-outs or do I need to specifically find chevron-shaped ones? If not, are there any options available?

Slumberpod help

The slumberpod has worked great for us. However, the main issue I have with it is that the opening doesn't line up well with the 2 pack and play cribs we've tried. The edge of the crib sits about 6 inches higher than the zipper opening of the pod and since the opening is a half-circle, this really limits the amount of space I have to lower my little guy in. Although he puts himself to sleep with no issue in the home crib, he's not a fan of the pack and play. I end up having to wait until he's in a deep sleep and then do some serious gymnastics to get him through the small opening without waking him and eventually lower him down. I've thought of just getting some feet to raise the slumberpod up a few inches so the opening lines up better but wondering if anyone else has had this problem and found a better solution. Lowering the tent over the crib after setting him in usually isn't an option due to space constraints. I really just don't understand why they made the opening so small and awkwardly shaped.

A few backdoor Roth IRA questions

As the title states, I have a few questions as I set up this process for myself for the first time. I've never done this before so please don't flame me if these are super basic questions.

  1. My income is werll over 150k and my employer doesn't offer an IRA retirement option (401k only), so I can't make pre-tax contributions directly to my traditional IRA. Am I correct in understanding that the post-tax contributions I make will technically become tax-free by claiming them on my taxes, so I'll essentially get the taxes I paid on the $7500 total (assuming I max out) "refunded" to me?
  2. I moved about 3k from a rollover IRA to a traditional IRA because the company that held the rollover wanted yearly fees. Does this rollover count toward the yearly $7500 limit I can deposit into the IRA?
  3. Is there a limit to how much I can convert into the Roth IRA each year? As stated above, I rolled over 3k. If this doesn't count toward the IRA limit and I deposit another 7.5k, can I convert all 10.5k to Roth in one year?
  4. Can I make the deposit and conversion transactions in large year-max sums or do I have to spread this out? So can I just deposit 7.5k into the IRA in one transaction and then, once it clears, convert the entire amount into roth through another single large transaction?
  5. When does the year limit reset? Is it on Jan 1st, April 15th (tax day), or another arbitrary date?f
  6. I usually use TurboTax each year. Does anyone know if this software will walk me through everything I'll need to do to correctly claim the backdoor Roth process or will I need to do something additional?

Can't set Windows higher than 144hz

I just got a 49in Samsung Neo G9, which goes up to 240hz. I have an RTX 4070 with the latest drivers and am running Windows 11 at the native 5120x1440 resolution but I can't seem to be able to select a refresh rate higher than 144hz via HDMI or 120hz via DP, even with high bandwidth cables that are rated for it. This monitor is the only one connected to the GPU. I've checked both, in the Windows Display settings as well as the Nvidia app and I can't select 240hz anywhere. I don't expect to be running most games at that high of a frame rate but I'd like to at least set it there for desktop tasks and in case I run an older game that can go that high. Any ideas as to what the issue could be?

Update: Oddly enough, even though this monitor has HDMI 2.1 and DP 1.4 ports and HDMI should have higher bandwidth when comparing these versions, 240hz is only an option when using DP. Once I switched to a DP connection, I was able to select 240hz in the monitor OSD menu. Not sure how to get 240hz working over HDMI 2.1, as the refresh rate option in the OSD menu is grayed out when using this connection.

Question about running games in different aspect ratio on super ultrawide (49in neo g9)

I'm considering this monitor and know that I may not always be able to run games in 32:9. From what I've read, setting the monitor itself to 3440x1440 actually results in black bars on the top and bottom and a lower refresh rate. Alternately, if I just set my game to 3440x1440, would I be able to get black bars just on the sides and a full-height image or would it just stretch it all the way to each lateral end? I currently have a 21:9 34in monitor with identical screen height dimensions, so it would be nice to know that I can essentially replicate that image size whenever I can't run a game at 32:9.

Gaming on LG 45in 5k2k with RTX 4070?

I have the opportunity to grab a 45in LG 5k2k for a good price but I'm concerned about whether it's a good fit or not. My main use is gaming, although I'm still using a 4070, which runs everything I need . Currently playing Crimson Desert at max settings with DLSS quality on a 34in 1440p ultrawide ips screen and am happy with 60-80fps, as reference. Other uses are just standard PC stuff and some media watching. I know the 4070 can't handle full resolution on this screen but wondering what I should expect. I read comments on a similar post and my some comments said that switching dlss to performance and downgrading some settings may allow for full resolution. Alternately, I could just keep the same settings I have now and run it in 1440p but not sure how it would look stretched to 45in. I really like the idea of having a 2160p display for media but am afraid I might be overshooting and will ultimately end up unhappy with the image quality on games.

34ish in curved mini-led options

I'd like to upgrade from my 1440p MSI 34in 1200R IPS monitor to a mini-led and I'm curious what options are available to the US market. Ideal monitor would be at least 34in but not huge like some of the G9s and at least 1440p, although 2160p would be great. Primary use is gaming and otherwise standard PC use (no heavy productivity). I almost bit the bullet on the 45in LG 5k2k OLED but the price is a bit steep and it's honestly more than I need since I'm still gaming on a 4070. Ultimately, I'd like mini led anyway, so I figured I'd try to just target that instead of overshooting my budget to something else.

Can I skip only the next occurrence of an automation?

I have my bedroom lights set to come on at a specific time. However, my wife and I sometimes go to bed earlier and turn everything off to wind down for the evening. It's really annoying to have the lights come back on according to the automation timing when this happens. Is there a way to skip only the next occurrence without disabling an automation entirely and having to remember to deactivate it the next day?

IV medication expiration timing

I'm an anesthesia provider and am hoping someone can reference the most recent guidelines for medication expiration timing. My institution is discussing a 4 hour expiration time for all mixed medications (e.g. phenylephrine we draw from sterile vial and dilute into 100cc NS bag and use as a multi-dose container). This timing is different from what I learned in training and what we had been using previously, so I'm curious if things may have changed.

Can you still use Xreal glasses with the Viture apps?

I know it used to be possible to trick your PC into labeling the Xreal glasses as Viture ones, allowing them to be used with Viture's Immersive 3D app but the old tutorials I've found don't seem to work anymore. Has anyone been able to make this happen recently? I find Immersive 3D to be a far superior experience to X-real's Real3D, although I like the overall Xreal product more.

Upscale 1440p to 4k

My desktop is 1440p and I can currently run Crimson Desert on Max settings at that resolution. Is there a way to have Moonlight/Apollo upscale this image to 4k when streaming to my TV via my Xbox Series X? I could set the virtual display to 4k but I'm not sure my PC could output the same image quality at that resolution, so I'd like to compare upscaled 1440p to 4k vs the best quality I can get from straight 4k.

Can the Dash be used without pairing a phone to it? I've heard many reports of issues with the Dash hijacking calls and music to play through its speakers instead of the Tesla audio as well as failing to disconnect when the car is off. For this reason, I haven't even installed mine but am hoping I can at least use it without the phone paired.
