1- Once Gambit-2 (PSPS) clearance is completed and reliability status is confirmed, do we receive an acknowledgement email from DND?

2- While difficult to predict, is there any possibility that CELE will reopen in the near future? If available, historical data or trends would be helpful; for instance:
a) When was CELE reopened in 2025 after it closed, and how many seats were offered?
B) How many seats were offered in 2025 and 2026, as per SIL.

This information could provide useful context.
