I have dermatillomania that worsens with stress, and I’m really stressed right now lol. The back of my thighs are worse.

I have pick pads, I see a therapist, I exfoliate relatively regularly with a scrub mitt and get a bunch of dead skin off each time. The only thing I don’t do is apply moisturiser to my legs regularly. I’ve applied some Soov spray for the anti-inflammatory properties and will use a gentle moisturiser later (I have La Roche Lipikar Baume).

Any tips for healing/post healing? I’ve not really used any chemical exfoliants on my legs before but I have AHA and BHA.
I feel like maybe having more of a routine for my legs might make it easier to not pick at them.

I can stack some of them 2 or 3 bottles deep it’s fantastic. Now time to spend all night swatching the ones without a swatch dot on them 😭

PS. I am an Amazon polish addict don’t come for my chosen brands LOL

They make me want to scrub my hands every 5 minutes, but I love them

I found this Pioneer 117D on the side of the road a few years ago. I’m pretty handy and I love figuring things out and I thought it would be a fun project!

I can hear faint music coming from the head/arm when I play the record it came with, but I hooked it up to some speakers (RCA to aux adapter) and I only get very quiet static.
I assume some connection in the unit has busted.

Does anyone have any advice on if it’s worth it or possible to fix? I’d love to be able to work it out.

I’ve been working on this design for a little while and I’m not sure if the body of the bird looks right.
The issue is that this is designed to fit in and around my other tattoos on my arm so there’s not a lot of wiggle room with changing the silhouette.

Any feedback? Thanks!
