Yesterday I waited 35 min for an order and dispatch told me at first I didn’t qualify for extra wait time pay even though the link of the pay policy they sent me in the exact same text thread said I did qualify.. I had to highlight that part of the policy and they then agreed to pay me an additional $3.
After that I asked why there was a discrepancy in policy because they first said no additional pay for the long wait time and then said I did qualify. How do you not know your own policies which you literally just sent me a link to? They said I could have my route reviewed so I asked them to.
Then they sent me a text saying I also qualified for an additional $2 for mileage.
Seems awfully funny they would try to cheat me out of a measly $5 and that they don’t know their own policies. I’d keep an eye on your mileage and make sure you get paid for wait time if it exceeds 35 minutes from first pickup to when they tell you to leave. I’m going to start asking for reviews of my route anytime the mileage is more than 10 miles and I’m going to keep records of my routes because dispatch didn’t even know what time they sent me on my way.
Is there any agency I can report this to? This is not fair treatment of their drivers and I’m sure if they did it to me over $5 then they’ve done it to others. Moral of the story don’t trust the company to pay you correctly & keep your own records!
I’m pretty heavy into a depressive episode and I need to try to claw my way out. Maybe even by tricking my brain into realizing things aren’t as bad as it thinks they are so I’d like to ask what are your favorite ways to trick your brain into feeling something good?
I usually watch a favorite show, put on fluffy socks, try to do my skin care or eat some chocolate but I’m curious what are others ways of increasing dopamine during times like these
So I sometimes take kratom for pain & just bc sometimes I can’t stand being sober. I’m clean 6 years from heroin and almost a year from drinking and weed but sometimes I just get the itch to do something and so I’ll take a little kratom. Well my partner noticed I am a bit off after doing it so he did some research and found in medical journals that kratom actually blocks the latuda from being absorbed in my body (same for buspirone which I take for anxiety) and it can be dangerous to your body & specifically heart with long term use of kratom bc the latuda builds up and isn’t metabolized until like 24-48 hours off the kratom when the kratom leaves your system so then your body gets hit with a build up of latuda and buspirone all at once.
Since he told me this I have taken a few weeks with no kratom and had a more stabilized mood for sure, even he says that (he knows my warning signs of both mania and depression) and this week I took some for a couple days because of my period cramps and being sick and I definitely notice I am not feeling right and feel quite depressed even physically. It could just be my period but I think it’s more than that & so anyways I just wanted to warn others of this drug interaction.
I believe in the benefits of kratom for opioid use disorder and recovery but I don’t think I’ll take it again unless I’m in severe pain because the trade off is too great plus I’m striving to be clean and sober for real for the first time in my adult life. I hope this post helps somebody and if not then please just ignore and scroll past. I don’t need any judgement for mixing substances bc trust me I already feel stupid and depressed lol
Delivered to a guy named Jesus today, had to walk around back bc the front yard was overgrown all on the walkway & I had on flip flops. Looked in the opening of the covered shed thing & saw this. Must’ve been 3 ft in diameter and the guy ordered largest size in laundry detergent & bleach. I set down his bags and got out of there asap lol
Hello I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for a dermatology practice/dermatologist in the Raleigh-ish area (willing to travel to suburbs or Durham area) that’s affordable for cosmetic stuff. My last derm was expensive and hoping to find something more reasonable!
Mostly looking for someone to renew my prescription for tret & remove milia, possibly some microneedling as well
I got deactivated a few months ago and then reactivated about 2 months later and dd did not send my last earnings to me as promised. They were still in my account when I was reactivated. I would suggest cashing out as often as possible especially if your metrics are close to being a serious issue.
I only took the order bc it showed that it was coming back to my neighborhood. It was $1/mile which is below my minimum but I thought to myself no big deal it’s on the way home. Showed me to use the same road to get to the restaurant as to get to the drop off then after I picked it up it took me to the other side of town!
Has this happened to anyone else? This seems like deceptive practices & I contacted support but they said to file a claim in the app. Of course I didn’t take screenshots bc it has never happened but believe me I will be doing so. It ended up being 20 miles to get back home for $10 which makes me so mad & feel so dumb.
We shouldn’t be trusting this company to do right by us. Shit even my worst bosses at restaurants treated me better than this and I’ve been in the food service industry for 22 years!😡
Hello everyone, I’m curious if any of you have had an adverse reaction to fish oil and/or krill oil
I started taking krill oil about a month ago and this past week I noticed a significant increase in anxiety & irritability so I’m trying to narrow down the cause before I see my psych next week. I’ve also had an increase in stress due to a custody battle that is ramping up for the court process so I can’t tell which is affecting me. If it’s krill oil then I can cut that out or if I just need some extra support for the custody stress then we can deal with that at the appt. None of my other lifestyle choices or meds have changed in the past few months.
I would love to hear any feedback on if these supplements caused you any issues. I searched the sub and it seems the past posts are about the benefits but I need to know if this stuff is messing me up. Right now is not the time for extreme feelings with court coming up.
TLDR: I started krill oil on 7/10/26 and noticed severe increase in anxiety & irritability starting 7/28/26.Has anyone else experienced this?
It’s happened twice in 2 days & i don’t want to see it. First one the old man was in an adult diaper and then this morning a regular customer did it to me. I can’t help but look so please for the love of god just put some pants on people or choose leave at door and wait til after I drive away to come out in your undies!
I do multiple apps so wondering if I take a break to do other runs will I have to restart my count of orders towards the promo?
Do you do them? Why or why not?
I got sober 10 months ago and it mostly doesn’t bother me but there’s this one cool hippie lady who always orders 2 big bottles of wine around 7:30-8am most everyday (I dash in my neighborhood pretty much exclusively) and today she was shaking.
It just kinda fucked with my head and I’m wondering how others feel about this.
ETA Do you feel like you are enabling addiction? I think that’s what’s fucking with me. I feel like a drug dealer
I saw a post yesterday about how to opt out by email from the new terms and conditions update. Can anyone link it or share how to opt out? I believe it was about insurance liability from uber if we get into a wreck. I’ve tried searching all the keywords I can think of but can’t find it. Next time I’ll save it🤦🏼♀️
I’ve worked really hard on myself for the last few years but I find myself periodically in a state of complacency regarding continuing to do the work to better myself. Does anyone else get this way after a period of growth & how do you get back to making moves to better yourself? I feel I have so much to catch up for in life and although I’m much better off than I used to be, I still have so far to go to achieve my goals and I don’t want to waste time just being okay with where I am.

Has anyone noticed a difference in how much you feel the medicine depending what type of calories you eat with the dose? The other night I made home fries (fried potatoes) and took my 120mg dose and I swear I haven’t felt it that much before. I would even go so far as to say I woke up happy to start a new day (& I am NOT a morning person lol)
For me it’s accepting Waffle House or Wingstop orders & working on Wednesdays. A tale of DoorDash driving shitty alliteration 🙃
I tried searching the sub (admittedly I’m new here so might not be searching best keywords) and didn’t see many suggestions
I have fine hair but quite a bit of it- it breaks easily and frizzes up a lot . I have natural looking highlights and it’s currently a little longer than shoulder length.
Looking for suggestions for some brands of shampoo to try to help alleviate the problem. I do live in a high humidity area so I know it won’t be perfect but anything has to be better than this lol. Bonus points if it’s a sustainable brand or a shampoo bar! There’s just so many options & I don’t want to waste $ trying a million brands that will just weigh it down or make it look greasy
TIA!
