X2 2Gb service speeds inconsistent

My X2 speeds go from 2.3Gb down 300Mb up to under 1G down 30Mb up. I have a coda56 modem and have attached the status page.

Gigabit x2 only getting 30Mbps upload

I upgraded to Gigabit x2 on my Hitron CODA56 in a Mid-Split area. My download is 2 Gbps, but my modem is stuck on a standard legacy bootfile capping upload at 30 Mbps. Please check that the Next-Gen / Enhanced Speed rate code is added to my account and send the nxg bootfile to my modem
