Gave this old girl her annual deep clean
10 years, slight yellowing, but still feels amazing to type on.

Finally get my setup where I want it. Keyboards are up on the wall now which solved like my biggest headache. The chair is still my favorite thing tho. How's it looking?

This is my first original 3D design project.

I wanted to give spare mechanical keyboard switches and keycaps a second life, so I designed and printed a clock that uses them as hour markers.
The body is fully 3D printed and uses a standard quartz clock movement.
It's still a prototype, and I'm already planning some improvements, but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
I'd love to hear any feedback or ideas for future versions.
A foreign trade coordinator from Jiangsu, China who decided early that tech and vintage could coexist — not as a contradiction, but as a deliberate system. LED glow dialed back to near-zero, warm ambient light kept. Everything within arm's reach. The design principle: 'function over aesthetics, and if you have many hobbies, your desk needs to be big enough to hold all of them.'
**Gear list:**
- Monitor: ROG PG32UCDMR
- Monitor arm: Ergotron LX PRO matte black (desk clamp)
- Keyboard: SingaKBD RubreHaku (custom build)
- Keyboard cable: GeekCable custom
- Mouse: FINALMOUSE UIX (purple)
- Mouse pad: GMK CYL
- Chair: Herman Miller
- Riser: Hexcal Studio
- Storage: vitra / NESON DESIGN / Walden Woodworkers vintage pen cup / 制吉家居 / IKEA / Hay / MUJI
- Hub: Dockcase (card reader + chassis extension)
- External SSD: Kingston XS1000
- Charger: Anker 250W desktop charging station
- Speaker: KEF
Hexcal Studio anchors the system — keeping power, cables, and surface space unified beneath a desk that was already doing a lot of work.

If you're coming to KeyCon in a few days, I'll be bringing this with me. Try it out!
First impressions are that the EC bundle is a nice way to get newbies into EC without having to source everything (although that in itself is fun. I'll be doing that for the CCRSEX). While I am a 60% o-ring enjoyer, I never actually have tested out PCBSnap (or KeySnap), so this was my first experience doing so, as that's the mounting style for the Kraze.
Honestly, from a sound perspective, I dig it, and while you have to be a bit careful when placing the internals into the case itself, being able to not have to mess with gummy snake o-rings is definitely nice. Although maybe that's a skill issue, as I've snapped one in my face one too many times.
