Questions about college entrance exams and scholarships

I'm so confused, if nakapasa po ba sa cet ng mga private universities (ust, nu, dlsu, etc) free tuition po ba or what? Ano ano po babayaran or ano mga dapat iconsider? Additional question lang din po, how does scholarship work? Ano po ba yung maganda apply-an at ano po dapat tandaan?

note: panganay po kasi ako and ako po unang makaka-experience ng mga ganito kaya wala pa akong masyadong alam tysm :D

Can I wash it in the washing machine, or is it needed to be hand washed? What should I take note of?

I almost wasted 3 weeks because my goal is to study for 5 hours a day, I have never really studied before but I need to study because I'll take the CET in August but currently I cant really focus, i feel burned out, my attention span is short, and I am nervous what if I don't pass. But this situation is just me vs me. I need your advices, and lessons.
