With lots of eggs, dark soy sauce, a bit of toasted sesame oil
Not as good as burgers, maybe I should’ve just made burgers instead. I’ll try again with shiitake mushrooms next time.
Tonight I’m going ham on those carbs
I made a stupid mistake though, when I was looking through diff recipes I noticed some of them used dried chillies when sautéing the onions so I did too, now that along side chilli powder in both the chicken marinade & sauce made it insanely spicy, I’m high-key dying but it’s still delicious so I guess that’s okay...
At least now ik how much chilli powder to add next time… gonna completely skip any dried whole chillies aswell.
Made with sesame oil, garlic, ginger, dried red chillies, sugar, dark & light soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, shiitake mushrooms & chicken thighs.
(It looked far better in real life than in the picture & i really enjoyed it)
Chicken, tomatoes with a bit of red onions, air fried courgettes, mango & sauerkraut
Please be honest, will it negatively impact ur future career if u go to a very low tiered university?
Normally u would grate the vegetables for this soup but my grater broke so I just thinly sliced them instead.
First time trying chia seeds pudding. For me this bowl taste wise: chia seeds 3/10, mangoes 9/10. I don’t think I’d be making chia seeds pudding too often after this.
Bowl includes chia seeds, milk, Greek yoghurt, brown sugar, fresh mangoes.
With rice under it, it wasn’t very good tbh, i feel like it’s missing something
Edit: it was salty as heck 😵💫, had to drink a litre of water straight afterwards to wash out the salty taste. As for visual, it’s mostly the lighting in the room… makes everything look bleak & washed out
Good for hot weather, very refreshing taste
Edit: Yes, It’s Šaltibarščiai 💖
Just pan fried a mackerel fillet with minimum amount of sprayed oil, rice with boiled peas. Simple and easy meal idea that requires very little prep time. Can def add more veggies or a soup on the side. Or more protein like eggs etc, based on ur TDEE & cal deficit goals.
