LinkedIn marketing services to fix broken sdr handoff process

Our sales ops team supports 12 sdrs and the biggest leak is linkedIn. Reps connect, pitch in dm one, and kill the thread. No nurture, no crm sync, no visibility for us. We have gong and salesforce but linkedIn activity is a black box.

Are there linkedIn marketing services that can systematize top of funnel on linkedIn, log everything to crm, and hand off warm conversations only? I do not want another tool to manage. I want an outsourced process that plugs into our existing revops stack and gives us clean attribution. We need to prove linkedIn influences pipeline, not just creates noise.

Anyone else ever lose all their paint after rain while the 811 ticket is still active?

We had locators out last Thursday and everything was marked pretty clearly. Then we got hit with about three days of heavy rain over the weekend. Went back to the site Monday morning and all the paint is basically gone. No faint marks, nothing usable. The 811 ticket is still active and doesn’t expire until Wednesday. Now I’m stuck deciding whether I should call for a remark or rely on my notes and photos from last week. Part of me feels like I already know where everything is, but I also don’t love the idea of guessing on an active ticket.

Anyone else feel the cash flow gap gets rough when clients are net30 but subs need weekly payment?

I do light commercial tenant improvements and the biggest issue lately hasn’t really been getting work, it’s the timing of payments. Clients want net30 terms while subs expect to get paid weekly, so I’m constantly tracking invoices and follow-ups. QuickBooks Online works okay, but I’ve been wondering if there’s something more contractor-focused where invoices, payment status, and reminders are easier to keep track of in one place.

Data extraction automation from client PDFs to BigQuery

Our agency gets weekly performance reports from 15 ad platforms as PDF attachments. Analysts copy numbers into a Sheet, then we import to BigQuery. It is 6 hours of copy paste and we still get typos that break dashboards.

The PDFs are all different formats. Some are tables, some are charts with labels. We tried a few OCR tools but they fail on charts and there is no way to validate before it hits the warehouse. I need extraction with a human review step for low confidence fields, then a clean load to BigQuery. What is working for messy, multi source data?

Task management automation across notion, slack, and gmail?

My tasks live everywhere. Action items from slack threads, follow-ups buried in gmail, and my actual project list in Notion. I spend 45min each morning just consolidating what I need to do.

Zapier can move stuff but it dumps everything into notion with no context and I end up with 200 unchecked boxes. I need something that reads slack + gmail, identifies real tasks vs chatter, extracts due dates, and creates clean notion tasks with links back to source. Does this exist or am I stuck playing human API forever?

Review management automation that protects your reputation

We manage three locations and reviews are all over the place. One store gets a bad Google review because a customer had an issue and nobody knew. If we’d caught it, we could have fixed it.

I need a flow that waits 3 days after a visit, texts the customer asking how it went, and only if they reply happy do we send the review link. If they mention a problem, it should open a ticket for the store manager and not ask for a public review. It has to feel like a real person, not a blast. We can’t monitor this manually anymore.

Microsoft data centre

Microsoft's plans to build a $1 billion data center in Kenya have stalled indefinitely due to a lack of power capacity in the country.

In order to run the data center, they'd have to completely shut off power in around half of Kenya.

We tried using AI agents for government sales and realized the problem wasn’t outreach

Our team tested an AI tool that was supposed to automate prospecting and outreach. It actually worked okay for early stage tasks like research and follow ups.

The bigger issue showed up once opportunities moved deeper into procurement stages. Suddenly we were dealing with compliance requirements, proposal timelines, internal approvals, and large RFP documents. That’s where the workflow completely slowed down.

It made me realize our biggest issue isn’t lead generation, it’s everything that happens after an opportunity gets serious. Curious if other teams ran into something similar.

Are customer events actually worth all this effort?

We are pressured contantly for in person customer events.

I get the relationship side of it is great but the planning workload feels huge compared to webinars.

Is it really worth the hustle?

For several destinations and tight schedules would you book private travel or just commercial flights?

If you are constantly moving between cities, would you consider using a private flights when missing a meeting would be very expensive or is this still unrealistic even at higher income levels?

Approval workflow automation for launch checklists

I’m solo but work with contractors for design, copy, and QA. Launches get messy because I’m the only approver and I forget steps.

I need a launch checklist that requires design approval on assets, copy sign-off, and QA pass before I can deploy. If any step is pending, block the deploy and tell me who. If approved, post to X and email users. I don’t want to adopt heavy PM tools. It needs to be a checklist that enforces itself.

How do you ship without missing steps?

How are ai seo services adapting to the rise of answer engines?

I’ve been monitoring our search traffic, and it’s clear that traditional clicks are being replaced by AI-generated summaries. Our analytics show a 30% drop in organic CTR, even though our rankings are stable. I’m looking for ai seo services that focus on geo.

The problem is that most tools tell me how to rank on page one, but they don't tell me how to get cited as the primary source in a chatgpt or perplexity response. We need to figure out how to structure our content so AI models actually pick it up as the definitive answer. Has anyone found a strategy or service that helps track brand mentions within AI summaries?

I’m part of an early-stage startup, and we’ve been debating whether to invest in LinkedIn marketing services. It seems like a strong channel for b2b, especially here, but building traction organically has been slow.

The main concern is budget, we need something that delivers measurable results, not just visibility.

For other those who have tried this, have LinkedIn marketing services been worth it? Did they actually help generate leads or partnerships?
