Best focaccia ever had. Not kidding well I guess I’ll be making focaccia regularly now I use that three days in the refrigerator recipe used double zero flour and Sicilian extra-virgin olive oil from Trader Joe’s I’m hooked.
I wish they would allow the free shipping option to be raised to $50. Would really help!
The Costco pesto (made in Italy) is verrrry good. My fave thing is linguine and chopped spinach w pesto sauce. Or spread it on mozzarella/tomato sandwichesss mmmmm
After 2 knee replacements about 5 years ago, kneeling feels ick but I have been getting back to my aeropilates machine and I think I have come up with a workaround for my fussy knees. I got these 2 balls (3.99 ea) and underinflated them so when i put my knee(s) on them it is kind of like an “air donut”. So far so good. Thought I would share in case anyone else has fussy knees.

My daughter helped me assemble my aero Pilates pro XP 556 and I’m just looking at it and wondering what is this strap at the bottom and where the wheels are? The manual does not mention it. And by the way, the Manuel sucks. The instructions are not quite right in a few areas, but we got the job done.

When I first got my 2026 Corolla hybrid the dash settings showed overall / all-time mpg average (not tank average). Then at my first service appointment when I got back in the car it was showing other info but neither I or the technicians can figure out how to get the overall all time mpg average how to to display?! It is kinda driving me crazy. Anyone else experience this or know how to retroeve that elusive all time mpg setting again?
