How to dose testosterone undecanoate (nebido) made from peach oil?

I'm already on nebido and this was the only vial they had left. I used medical grade before that. How do you know how much to inject and what its half life is?

Should I get a top surgery?

I have a chance to remove those disgusting excruciating harrowing tumors, but... then I won't be able to breastfeed in the future. I will have scars!! What if my results are botched. What if I lose sensation dood. It's almost like if I remove my boobs they will really be gone. It's almost like something I'm so sure I don't need and despise with all my soul that causes me so much pain and agony every day won't be there anymore... I don't know dood it's a big decision, I need another half a year to think about it at least...

Pc randomly started freezing and now doesn't turn on

The past couple of days it has been randomly going unresponsive or give out a totally black screen. The only way to get it to work was to force a shut down and turn it back on. Sometimes, it would happen while doing something intensive like 3d scene rendering, sometimes when it's just being idle with 0 tabs or applications open.

I reinstalled gpu drivers with ddu, lowered maximum power state of the cpu by 90%, ran the sfc /scannow command to check for corrupt files (showed nothing), windows 11 is up to date, checked RAM via Windows Diagnostic Tool (said no errors found), checked gpu and cpu temperatures in HWMonitor, cpu got at 98° once when switching from one object to another in a 3d software but then had been stable at 50-60° for the rest of the day, pc has a little bit dust present but not a lot (cleaned out like half a year ago).

Yesterday, it forced a restart twice and then went unresponsive with a black screen. Had to shut it down using the power button. Tried turning on right after. The pc itself turns on but doesn't display anything on the monitors, and both show "no signal". Opened the computer case afterwards, and there was a slight smell of something burning, but visually everything looks fine, I think? What could be the issue here? How to fix it?

Edit: when checked crash log when it was still turning on, it said kernel power event 41

Why does it say meshes don't match and refuses to bake but they have the same name?

Aren't the names identical except for the suffix? I tried renaming them multiple times but the issue persists. It does not do this with any of my other meshes. What is the issue here?

Curious if it's a thing. I have a huge fat ass while being lean in the rest of my body (skinny with slight muscle definition). Losing weight is not an option because then I will be unhealthy underweight. It's like all my body fat is just stored in the butt only. It stands out so much and looks uncanny as if I got double BBL

Existing like this is genuinely humiliating. How am I supposed to do anything. I go outside, everyone mogs me, I look like an underdeveloped 12 year old manlet with a disorder and go back home to bedrot. How am I supposed to get a job, buy groceries. How am I supposed make friends and interact with people. How do yall function at all what

It feels irrational, but the amount of disgust I get when seeing those short hyper fem neckbearded doods with soft facial structure, high pitched voice, wide hips, and those fembrained mannerisms is off the charts. Probably cuz I partially see myself in them and am afraid that's what other people percieve me as. I don't even want to feel that way about them, I don't wanna care, but they bother me so much it's stupid. And you can always tell they are 🚂🦵s, like there are feminine cis men too, but they're somehow different

Not from Turkey myself but in my home country it isn't done and Turkey seems like the cheapest most optimal option. I mostly need jaw implant. Where could it be done and not for a big cost?
