This question covers all aspects. Treaties, sovereignty, foreign encroachment, domestic military spending, arms sales, effects on elections, trade deals, upsetting geopolitical expectations and the fallout, the whole gamut. I don’t expect any one response to include everything, in fact, I’d prefer if each answer was more concise. Hopefully the range of answers will begin to merge within each comment thread and begin to paint a wider picture of consequences.

I’m doing a therapy to address my fear of heights. I’m looking for a movie to test my progress. Preferably one that has a consistent theme of heights but with varying levels of disorienting camera work/angles/suddenness.

And, since I also have a fear of very small spaces inside very large objects (think caves, like the ones you see people barely fitting through, dragging their pack along behind them) I’m curious about the same kind of thing but for that.

Looking for the best way to seal my new canoe yoke in 5 days. It is currently sanded to 320 grit. Thoughts?

Sunday afternoon I got a notification that my left DRL bulb is out. Ok, no biggie, I’ll fix it this week.

Driving to work this morning and get a message that my L/R blinker bulb is out. Ok, fine. I replace it today. A few miles later I turn right and notice my dash blinker is double time. Weird. Check left, also double time.

Get to work and turn on hazards. Yup, L/R is out and so is R/F. Fine, weird, but fine. I’ll do them both later today.

Lunch rolls around and I head up the road to get some food. Pick up a sandwich and decide to stop at a parts store for the bulbs. As soon as I get driving through the lot I get a notification to check my license lamps followed immediately by a message saying my R/F fog lamp is out. So, I didn’t get the bulbs cuz I’m thinking this can’t be five bulbs all going out in a matter of a few hours, right?

Anybody got any ideas here? All stock lighting too except the headlamp bulbs I replaced last year and got brighter ones.

This will be the largest transfer of taxpayer money to a sitting president by his own personal attorney ever. The suit has no basis and is 4 years past the statute of limitations.

The judge in the case has set a date to look at the merits of the suit but if the DoJ settles with trump he will get the payout. And I only say “if” because it won’t happen if the dems start hammering on this. If they stay silent then all the right leaning news outlets will too. He won’t lose a single voter but the dems will continue to hemorrhage support.

I always add extra heat to mine when I make Asian food for my family. I generally use sauces that bring the heat but don’t have much of their own flavor, usually yellow bird ghost pepper. But I also like to eat simple things like grilled steak with rice. What Asian sauces can I get that bring the heat *and* a lot of flavor? I’m most interested in Thai and Indian flavors.

I’m looking into restoring my wenonah 2 and have a bunch of cracks in the keel material. So I was looking for something to repair that. I came across Felt Kevlar keel guards. Seems good but Lots of reviews say they leave lots of fibers sticking out which cause drag. So I was sitting here thinking about it and looking at other options but they all seem to be for kayaks or other watercraft. Not much for a canoe that didn’t have terrible reviews for being a waste of money. Then I realized that I have sheets of kydex! I could form and trim that perfectly! But how to adhere it? Glue? Glue and coat with gel coat? Bevel then glue then gel coat? I’d want a glue that sticks really well but doesn’t bond so u can replace them when needed.

Anyone have experience with kydex, Kevlar, canoes and/or gel coat that might help me get a better result?
