Does holiday entitlement increase based on hours?

Little bit confused as to how holiday entitlement works.

Is it based off contracted hours or actual hours worked? I'm contracted part time (16 hours a week) but usually pick up 10-15 hours a week extra. My holiday entitlement has gone up a little bit since I started doing this.

If it does go up based on overtime how much do I have to work?

Thanks!

Not sure what to do with my savings

I'm 27 years old I have around 40k, I'm about to finish studying so hopefully my income will go up.

Currently:

12k in help to buy ISA (may try and swap this for a LISA as it is unlikely I will buy a house)

8k current account

3.5k in savings account 5% interest (paid monthly - maximum 10k can be in the account recently increased from 5 but can't make large deposits)

5k in investment account though my bank

3.5k in savings account with 3.25% interest paid daily

7k in trading 212 (4k cash with daily interest of 3.8)

I'm worried about the restrictions being placed on ISAs and I'm not sure if this is the best way forward anymore.

The higher interest accounts all have limits on how much you can have in them and deposit limits. I want to aggressively save for the future but I feel like I'm gonna get screwed over by taxes.

Edit to add: Stop with the DMs. I'm not investing in your scam. No you haven't made 5 million in 2 years. I'm not 85 I know what a scam looks like.

Which supermarket is best for meat?

I work at Tesco so I have a 15% discount (only for the next couple months tho) I'm specifically looking for stew beef. Tesco has the stewing steaks for £11.12/kg which seems pretty good.

Chill.

This page keeps popping up on my feed and I feel like as an older student I need to tell you all to take a chill pill.

I hated school, did alright in my GCSEs, almost failed all my A levels. My mental health was fried so I took a few years out, got a job, travelled, did loads of shit.

Eventually applied to uni as a mature student, my experience was considered more than my grades were and I'm about to graduate a target uni with a 2.1.

School isn't the only thing in life. I literally do not even remember the stress anymore. Do your best, there's always another option, it isn't the end of the world if it doesn't go 100% according to plan. You will be fine.

3D printer for classic car parts?

Hi guys, my dad has a classic car he's restoring, he's trying to find these tiny plastic clips that go in the door but we can't find any. Because they're so small I was wondering if anyone knows if I can get them 3D printed anywhere? We have a couple clips spare to use as a pattern.

Working in Norway with minimal language skills?

I'm currently learning Norwegian (it's going very slowly) but I'm looking to move to Norway for my partner. Does anyone know if it would be possible to work or any jobs where only speaking English would be acceptable?

He could support us both but it would be tight

Mixer recommendations?

*I'm in the UK

I currently have a small Kenwood mixer, it's great but it's about 6 years old and a bit small. I've got more into baking, I want to start making bread, and bigger batches.

I know kitchen aid is supposed to be great but I can't justify £600 on a mixer lol.

Itinerary help - Trieste to Ljubljana?

My boyfriend and I are planning a graduation trip for September (I'm graduating uni wooo)

We have maximum 10 days we were gonna start in Trieste, spend a few days there (I really wanna see the skocjan caves), then spend the majority of the trip Ljubljana (bus there is about 20euro) doing day trips (lake bled, soca river).

Whats the best way to divide our time/does anyone have any other recommendations for day trips/where to stay? We're trying to keep the cost lowish but we can splurge a little.

It's not even been a day and I'm already seeing FTT stuff being re sold at massive markup

The shallot bread oven was 150 I'm already seeing ads for 250+ on Facebook. It's so gross.

Absolutely worth the 5 hour drive!

I got the full set of koi mugs and a koi bowl (I think I got 6 mugs total, some are in the car, I got an extra set as a gift), black heart casserole, bluebell heart skillet, shallot shallow heart and a shallot bread oven (remember yesterday I was posting asking about a pink/purple bread oven haha)

Total spend £565

Id say this sale was much better than Harrogate honestly. The stock was incredible (would have loved to see some herb pots but I won't be greedy), there was different stock on different days (unpopular opinion but I love that- it's no fun if you know what you're getting) and the organisation was MUCH better. Harrogate was a bit stressful and cramped, absolutely no complaints today from me.

Bread oven colours?

Im in the UK, going to the FTT this weekend, I was hoping they'd have some bread ovens but apparently they only have them in agave.

Most of my collection is red or pink, with a few bluebell pieces. I don't really want to introduce another colour. It wouldn't be so bad if I could get the oval in a matching colour.

Should I just get the round one in agave because it's quite a decent deal and I might have a chance of selling it later if I find the colour I want?

I have KP I think it's improved slightly (have been actively trying to get rid for about 9 months) but it's still there.

Edit: thanks for the suggestions! I will look into the Japanese and African exfoliating towels!

I know there probably won't be bread ovens but last time I found some gorgeous koi mugs hopefully there's gonna be some nice surprises!

Hi guys I'm about to graduate from uni and will be moving back to Royston. Looking for jobs in Cambridge but trying to work out logistics.

I've heard the parking at Royston station changed recently does anyone know how much it is?

I'm about to graduate uni, I have some work experience (3 jobs over 10 years), some leadership positions within the university, and my education. These things all take about a page.

If I add a profile or a skills section it'll be 2 pages. Would it be better to leave the CV as a page and put these things in the cover letter?

I'll be applying for jobs in marketing. Thanks!
