Lost agency rep but ramping up spend again. How long does it take to get one back?

We went through a rough patch and went from spending about $200k per month on TikTok in 2024 (widely would vary but that was the average) to around $30k per month in 2025. Then Q1 of 2026 we only spent around $25k in total.

As a result, mid-April we lost our agency rep after having one for 6 years. We're getting back on track and spend about $200k this quarter and expect that to grow even more in Q3 and Q4. Do I have to be more proactive to get one back or do I have to hit a certain threshold to get on back again. I'm in the US

Considering an SVP role at Dentsu (NYC). How’s the culture/ WLB there?

Assuming it’s team dependent but curious from those who work / worked there
