Been doing research kasi i’m planning to have my solo trip this year. 2 countries sana August and October. I already have plans for October (Vietnam) pero sa August parang sponty trip lang kaya ngayon palang ako magpaplan at naghahanap ng country.

I thought of Hong kong kasi paranv mura siya dati? Pero after doing my research ang mahal na pala dun. Sa pagkain at hotels palang. Parang ka price na niya ang Singapore.

Baka may ma recommend kayo na bansa for first time solo huhu

I’ve been thinking of going for a solo international trip since last year but i’m scaredd. What if i get lost? What if i get overwhelmed and cry lmao. I know i’m just overthinking but these negative thoughts are what’s keeping me from booking that flight. I’ve been to Taiwan with my mom and i was overwhelmed the first day pero i got used to it after a few days there huhu. Nakaka takot pero i really want to travel pero wala akong tiwala sa sarili ko.

Alin mas worth it puntahan? Hindi problema ang entrance fee i just want my mom to enjoy Baguio pag nag visit kami. We plan to go sa strawberry farm then john hay or camisong sa afternoon. Been thinking of getting hmo for myself kasi mahirap na. Any recos?

Problem/Goal: I feel burned out from work and want to take a 1-month break to rest and possibly travel solo/backpack. I also want to become more independent and explore life outside my current routine.

Context: I’m 25F working full-time (WFH). Lately I’ve been feeling very drained from long work hours and the repetitive routine of work— eat –sleep.

I’ve been wanting to travel and take time off because it feels like I need a reset for my mental health and personal growth. However, my family strongly disagrees. They’re worried about safety and think I should stay in my stable job. My mom is especially against me traveling alone and she even told me she would accompany me if I travel, but I want to learn how to be independent.

Now I feel stuck between what I want and what my family expects.

Previous attempts: I’ve talked to my family about burnout and taking a break, but they focus more on stability and safety. I’ve also tried pushing through work, but my motivation and energy have been getting worse.

I’m working for more than 8 hours everyday. NO OT PAY pero malaki yung sahod compare dito sa pinas. Super burnout na ako dito sa trabaho ko. Overwork na talaga. Feeling ko i have multiple jobs sa pagod ko. Kulang pa yung 2 days na day off ko. Plus demanding na boss na madalas pinapa ulit yung project ko. Madalas na din akong magkamali sa work. And my body is showing signs of stress (dermatitis and hyperacidity)

Wala na din akong energy maghanap ng work kasi yung pagod ko hanggang next year na. Literal na natutulog lang ako sa dayoff ko. I just want to pause everything. I don’t know if i can quit. I have savings naman pero yung risk na bak matagalan bago makahanap ng bagong job.

Edit: eto pala yung boss ko and the way he treats his employees.

I havent seen much post about this question so i’ll just ask here saan maganda magstay sa baguio l? I’m thinking na mag stay sa hotel veniz since maganda location but i’m not sure if okay ang hotel na ito. Budget friendly sana. Thank you
