I just registered as self employed last July 30 po. I took the 8% non vat and to mg knowledge wala naman akong tax to file this quarter at sa November pa yung 3rd quarter ang ifi-file ko. Tama po ba ang intindi ko sa tax filing dates ko?

1701q at 1701 po ang form types na babayaran ko. Filing date on 1701Q starts on july 30 and for 1701 eill be on jan 1 next year.

Hi, i just registered as a freelancer last July 30 and i was registering my books of accounts on ORUS at the same date and after ko ma-register i checked sa transaction history and yung isang book mali ang na input kong date sa “validity period from”.

July 20 na lagay ko when it’s supposed to be 30. I cannot edit it or anything. I have no time to visit my RDO and i kept missing yung free webinar every Thursday to ask them dahil busy sa work. Will this be an issue? I haven’t paste it in the book pa. What should i do? I don’t want to get any penalty or anything.

Hi, i just registered sa bir. Freelancer ako but i registered yung specific na job ko. 1 year late din ako nag register but hindi naman na tinanong kung kelan ako nagstart. So i’m doing some research kung ano mga dapat ifile and sa bookkeeping. Ask ko lang, madalas ba mag tax mapping ang bir? Sa bahay kasi yung address na nakalagay na office ko. Ano ba madalas hinahanap nila? Do they ask you to show them your bank or kung saan mo narereceive ang sahod?

Also, may tindahan kasi na maliit ang lola ko sa bahay and she’s not registed or paying any taxes. I’m just worried kasi baka magkapenalty siya or ma flag ng bir. I think she only has dti? I just realise this after i registered. And natatakot ako for my lola. I’m kinda regretting na nagregister ako huhu. I’m thinking na mag deregister nalang sa bir? I don’t know what to do.

I register my business this week. I availed the 8% tax rate as a freelancer. May binigay na list yung rdo officer sa akin on what books of accounts to register. Cash disbursement, cash receipt and general ledger. I thought it 4 yung books of accounts, maybe depende sa rdo district?

After ko magregister sa orus, i asked yung officer sa books of accounts on how to register yung mga books and he just said na just ipare pareho nalang yung lahat ng dates on the same date na magregister ako kasi no bearing daw yun. I’m not sure if i should also use the same date sa taxable year to and from.

Also, ilang column ang kailangan sa columnar? Ang dami kasing klase sa national book store huhu.

So i have a physical TIN I think kinailangan ko back in college (i’m not sure why) pero sa tao ko pinadaan ito. I know i shouldn’t have done it pero ayun nasa akin pa rin yung physical TIN ko. Then napansin ko sa egov app ko na nag update yung TIN and magkaiba sila ng number also yung nasa egov is sa ibang rdo nakaregister. I checked online ang validation ng both TIN pero yung nasa egov ko lang ang lumabas valid.

What should i do? I did not register for another TIN and i’m not sure why i have TIN sa egov. Will I get penalized? Magre-register kasi ako as freelancer sa BIR so i’m scared na baka magka penalty once malaman na 2 TIN ko.

Been doing research kasi i’m planning to have my solo trip this year. 2 countries sana August and October. I already have plans for October (Vietnam) pero sa August parang sponty trip lang kaya ngayon palang ako magpaplan at naghahanap ng country.

I thought of Hong kong kasi paranv mura siya dati? Pero after doing my research ang mahal na pala dun. Sa pagkain at hotels palang. Parang ka price na niya ang Singapore.

I’ve been thinking of going for a solo international trip since last year but i’m scaredd. What if i get lost? What if i get overwhelmed and cry lmao. I know i’m just overthinking but these negative thoughts are what’s keeping me from booking that flight. I’ve been to Taiwan with my mom and i was overwhelmed the first day pero i got used to it after a few days there huhu. Nakaka takot pero i really want to travel pero wala akong tiwala sa sarili ko.
