All she says for my panic attacks from PTSD, trauma and physical pain. For years she only tells me to take another hydroxyzine or up and downs my lamotrigen.she also just says “we’ll see how it is next time” or “let’s see after this specialist” I’m miserable every day because of it and wake up in the middle of the night and am instantly in a panic attack. Also with my PTSD I have to sleep with my back against the wall and even then I feel like somebody’s creeping up on me. And she is out of the office for weeks at a time always when I need to see her the most! They just tell me the consult Dr I can see can’t give medications. So I saw one and he took away my hydroxyzine and my methylphenidate (Ritalin) I have a TBI with frontal loan damage and literally can’t get a single thing done without it and it help slows rapid thoughts. I have to have a referral from her in order to see another dr. She’s out of the office until the end of August, I’ve been making solid steps to move forward, lost 125 pounds so far, going to Drs for my pain issues (I see at least 5 different doctors a week) I’m starting a state course to get my real estate license that I’ve wanted to do for years, I’m miserable and have bad anxiety all day every day and I feel like I’m stuck and their just messing with me and I don’t know what to do.
Don’t buy cologne/fragrances on Amazon! There’s 9 counterfeit sellers and 1 legit!! Go look at “compare other sellers” look at the reviews almost all either did not receive anything or it’s fake/tampered with! And they mix batches of all the products then grab a random one and send it to you! No returns at all! Even if you buy from a legit seller you’ll probably still get a fake one! It’s from all these third party sellers from china they let start selling. I can go buy a business license, pay Amazon to be a third party seller, screw and scam people left and right and have Amazon do nothing at all so they just get away with it and have absolutely no reproductions!
I need advice, getting into an office job from working on a river over half my life and need hair to look nice, I am literally the “I cut my own hair” guy. I’ve just been doing a buzz cut for a few years now and need to go to a barber to get ideas. Haven’t been to one in at least 6 or 7 years , I do not know about using products or anything. Also what are products you can wet and comb again later in the day?
Have fine hair and looking for a good shine pomade and saw this on sale for $5. Has anybody tried this kind?
Hello, getting back into real estate after a long time away due to health reasons but I’m down 140lbs and feel great about my appearance again!. For a couple years I just buzz cut my hair, (I know I know laugh at me” but now I need to figure out something that will look good and professional. I have alway had very fine hair my whole life, it looks like I’m thinning out but that’s always how it’s been. Any help or advice to style it when it’s this short would greatly be appreciated! And until I go in and get a cut and I need help with what kind,what are some ways to style it how it is now? (I know it looks greasy was working outside)
Gotten a few this week but picked this one up for $20. Yay or nah? Looks decent. Don’t mind my mess ha. Came with blades too.
$10 each with the blades, good deal? Or nah? Gold ones a bit beat up but the one with case is pretty decent. Not sure the years though.

Been in this apartment quite a while now and I’m getting grossed out more and more walking by these around this window frame in my hallway. These have been there since I moved in. Do you agree these holes look like bug damage? The outside wall looks like it was ripped open at some point and had random nails going in. This is the only part of my single level apartment building that has those random nails on the outside of the wall. Also can I ask them to replace this trim around my window?
Living in an apartment and apple wallet keeps prompting me to pay for a Walmart gift card when phones locked, could it be one of my neighbors? People next to me I know 100% smoke crystal. Not trying to sound paranoid but this has been happening like 10 times a day it’s a iPhone 16 iOS 26.5 I have no laptop or anything that has a nfc reader in my place.
