I have a WUP title here that ive modified and want to recompress back to the .app format so i can install on my Wii U for testing. But I can't find anyway to do that. It seems with programs like "cdecrypt" only decrypt not encrypt. Does anyone know if this is possible and how to do it?

I've been playing through Pokémon Black 2 on my Sony Xperia 10 VII on MelonDS (Play Store) and the performance is really bad and I don't know why. My phone is able to emulate 3DS and Wii no problem.
Does anyone know how to resolve this? I've tried both OpenGL and Software renderers and I'm running the game at 1x resolution.

I'm trying to play Metroid Prime 4 on my Windows PC so i can run it at better performance compared to my Steam Deck. But ive run into the issue where the game just isn't launching and I don't know why. I attached some screenshots on my set up. For some reason the games say "Not Tested" when that's not the case with my Steam Deck if that's got anything to do with it.
I am working on a mod for Black Ops 2 on the Wii U to port over the DLC. So i was wondering on what would be the best way to distribute the Mod and i thought of having the maps be installable DLC.
Is it possible to set up my own DLC for Wii U games or is that not possible/is there a better alternative for mod distribution and install?
I'm trying to use my Steam Controller 2026 on Cemu, but it's not recognising any inputs. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Ive got a GTA Online account on GTA 5 Legacy and i'm not able to migrate it to GTA 5 Enhanced. Ive heard from elsewhere that it's possible to migrate it if i reduce the money I have. Does anyone know if this is true? If not is there anything else I can do? My current money is $800 million.
Some friends of mine want to play BO2 Zombies in a Private Custom Game. I own Plutonium, but they are very stubborn to not get it because "it's too much work" and "we are only playing private games"
Is there a risk playing standard BO2 just for Private Custom Games?
I've got Timesplitters 2 and 3 on my Wii U. But I've run into a unique issue where for some reason the image is being displayed on the far left side of the screen and is also not taking up the full width of the screen.
But as you can see this issue isn't happening with other games as Four Swords works as intended.
Does anyone know what is happening? I've attached my Nintendon't settings.
For reference I'm launching these games through the Wii U menu.
I'm trying to play Timesplitters Future Perfect using Nintendon't but the issue is that it has black bars. So I've gone into the Nintendon't settings using the Forwarder and adjusting the video width and enabling forced Wide-screen. But my settings aren't saving and when I launch the game again it still has the black bars. Any idea how to fix this?
I've been trying to play Super Mario 63 on my Steam Deck using the Linux Desktop app version of Ruffle. But it crashes on boot. What is odd it works on the Website version. Anyone know what is wrong?
I've recently installed Super Mario 63 on my Steam Deck and playing it using the Adobe Flash Player that can be found on the Discover Store.
The game runs accurately and controls great as I rebound the controls using Steam Input.
The issue I've run into is that the performance is pretty terrible. In busy scenes it goes down to 15fps.
Is there a better method of playing Flash Games on Steam Deck? I've tried using the native App version of Ruffle but it just crashes on loading Super Mario 63.
