Water props rotting on me and I’ve tried everything…

This guy started as a 3 leaf cutting and after the bottom rotted once, I cut off the rot, split the stem in 3, and cleaned the reservoir and filled it with water and a smidge of hydrogen peroxide. Now a few days later it is rotting again. Is there anything I can possibly do or change to save these guys? I did just buy an airstone to see if that would help but it may be too late

Plant has been sitting at the bottom of a large 60w standing light and gets plenty of light from it

Spar urethane vs spar varnish for sealing a wooden cabinet from humidity/water (picture is the cabinet I want to seal)

I am going to seal up a wooden curio cabinet to keep plants inside of so it will maintain an incredibly high internal humidity constantly. Some water may spill as well occasionally. I don’t care that it lasts FOREVER but a few years without having to worry about warping or rotting would be nice. My Home Depot sells spar urethane but not spar varnish, but I see many people online recommending varnish instead for greenhouses. Will there be a major difference in the long run or will they be functionally the same for the next 5 years?

Are these dark specks anything to worry about? On my imperialis cutting

He is inside of an acrylic case rooting in moss, so humidity is high and he gets great light. I am worried because the moss hasn’t dried up and it’s been almost two weeks since I watered it last, perhaps because of the humidity but I’m not sure. Are these specks caused by the light or the wetness or something else?

How can I go about weather sealing a painted wooden curio cabinet to store plants at a high humidity? Pictures to better show materials .

What should I use to seal a pre-painted wooden curio cabinet so that a constant humidity of above 80% won’t quickly rot or cause mold to the wood? I would be using it to store dozens of plants. I have heard that the best idea would to use a few coats of polyurethane on the wood and then seal with silicone between the wood and glass after

How would I go about weather sealing a painted wooden curio cabinet to maintain plants at high humidity?

I would love to pick up a curio cabinet off of Facebook marketplace, but the framing is made out of wood that is painted black (similar to how IKEA does it). Is there any easy way to seal the wood so that high internal humidity (80+ percent) doesn’t cause rot or mold? And is there a way to do it without damaging the glass?

What is wrong with my Hoya?

I just repotted this guy recently as I believed his pot was too small for his size/didn’t have enought drainage. I took some roots off and repotted him in chunkier soil and also moved him a little further from the light after I noticed his leaves were being scorched a little. However, the problem continues, and it seems that a lot of the leaves seem dehydrated no matter how/where I water. Is he just growing new roots slowly and needs even less light for the time being? Or are there too many plants in one pot too close together? Any advice would be appreciated

Just got this money tree that was potted in moss. Roots are delicate and I cannot pull the moss off without ripping the roots off. What can I do?

Should I mix perlite and bark into the moss or put it straight into soil without cleaning the roots, or is it okay in moss for now?

Plant will be in front of a strong grow light so it will get lots of light. Also the pot has plenty of drainage. Will only water when moss is dry

I feel like the fenestrations on my Thai Con are weirdly spaced/sized. Is this look normal for a deliciosa or is this one unique?

Am I supposed to wait for a 2 leaf node to prune so that I can get two growth points? My basil seems to be taking its time to grow one

I head that I should wait for a node with 4 leaves, or 2 different leave growth points to appear and prune above that in order to get 2 new stems from that cut. However my basil seems to be taking its time to make a growth point like that. Am I misunderstanding or is this normal?

Rift S has had huge frame drops and lag for all 6 years that I have owned it; is it my pc, the cable attached to it, or is it time for an upgrade?

I really only ever use my vr for simple games like beat saber or some horror games running through steam vr, usually modded. For the longest time, I have noticed frame drops, freezing and stuttering while playing these games, mainly beat saber, but usually it wouldnt be so bad that I would have to worry too much about it. I just recently started trying to play games on it again and remembered why I have always been so inconsistent with it; this headset gives me countless issues with displayport connections and also lags and freezes CONSTANTLY, even when in the meta homescreen without any apps open. Is there a deeper issue not connected to the headset or would even purchasing a used Quest 2 solve these issues? I have seen this issue brought up here by other people before but there seems to be no solution.

Rift S has always had DP connection issues and stuttering/ freezing when playing BS. Time for an upgrade or is there another issue?

Ever since I first bought my Rift S in 2020, the displayport has had consistent issues when plugging into the pc, where the oculus app would say its not detected. Along with that, during gaming (beat saber), I will get constant frame drops and freezes at random moments multiple times. I have updated drivers, my computer, the game multiple times, and nothing seems to work. What I do notice is that unmodded oculus beatsaber (not through steamvr) seems to work much better but I am not sure why. Should i just spend $225 to upgrade to a used oculus 3s, should I drop $75 on a new rift s cable, or is there something I should troubleshoot?

Also my system is more than capable of running beat saber, 9070xt and 5800x3d with 32gb ram

Could this be my gpu or my headset cable causing these issues?

I’ve had a ton of issues with this headset not having a DisplayPort connection while plugged in before, but never to the extent of making my monitors display… that. Also blacking out the oculus app is new as well. Does my very-old rift S finally deserve an upgrade or is my gpu the issue here? I have upgraded my gpu a few times while owning the same headset and I’ve continued to have these issues so I’m assuming it’s the headset

First ever loaf of bread (using Flour Water Salt Yeast). Very happy with myself

My only question is, does it look bubbly enough inside?
