i’m new here! i have questions about starting the show.

i’m wanting to start the show soon well now tbh but didn’t know if i need to watch all the housewives franchises first considering these are the kids from the shows. i’ve watched RHONJ, RHOA, RHOP, RHOSLC & RHOBH so im aware of a few of the kids but i haven’t watching miami, new york or orange county yet. i plan to but for now im more interested with next gen. it looks pretty good!

i just dont want to jump into the series and miss some key points that i would’ve known from the housewive franchises if that makes any sense.

i pretty much want to watch gia, brooks, riley and ariana explore adult hood.

side note: i couldn’t find a flair that would go for the flair so i chose whoever name i knew the most lol.

mary is funny as hell

the littlest things piss her off. she literally has me laughing like the issue about angie making fun of mary farts will never not be funny. she said angie dog farted and stank the whole house up. angie reaction to it was so me because what do you even say in response to that

britani crazy relationship

i laughed when britani came to season 5 reunion pissed about jared and claiming to done with him. i knew she was lying, they knew she was lying, andy knew.. we all knew. season 6 starts and she announces an engagement? oh my god does she ever leave this man. i don’t really have much to say about her being on the show tbh anytime she has screen time it’s about jared.

i was not expecting this to become a plot twist. i am so flabbergasted.

are you kidding me??? monica the whole time she literally.. i can’t even explain it and the way everyone blamed meredith i genuinely feel so bad that meredith got the heat i mean i understand given past situations that took place with meredith but to know this girl did all of this?

no wonder monica was so pissed lisa and meredith was talking after their spat. this whiplash all over again with jen tbh i can see how they were friends. honestly i was confused why monica was brought onto the show i was thinking maybe something to do with jen???

i felt so bad for monica with her mom issues even though i felt like it could’ve just been a made up storyline i know i sound terrible saying this but i mean she’s clearly good at lying and creating stories.

sorry the double post lmao this JUST unfolded for me as i’m watching. the exposing at the beach that heather did was so eerie even when heather first told the girls it felt like i was watching pretty little liars wtf.

edit: monica sucks but she’s definitely good tv.

heathers bad mormon book

has anyone read the book? its mention so much i’m almost intrigued to read especially after the spat that happened between heather and whitney (glad they made up after i love them as a duo). whitney said the book gave true crime lowkey lmao i loveeee reading so i’m curious to know has anyone read it? if so how was it???

i’m so new to slc btw! i can definitely say season 4 has by far been the best season.

lisa being materialistic?

season 4, episide 4 where they did drag makeup with trixie. lisa LITERALLY had a tantrum about her makeup i was thinking she’d just complain the whole time lol i was not expecting her to call her husband and almost go into a panic.

i do feel like she’s materialistic.. what do you guys think?

side note: i wasn’t expecting meredith to dress up lmao i like her but she’s definitely a prude and way too serious.

i am by no means attacking lisa it’s just an observation from the episode. i do not think she’s insecure either as that’s what she got labeled by another cast member.

i can’t be the only one.

she starts drama too much for me. i understand wanting to get down to the point but there is times i feel like she makes problems about herself. season 3, episode 3 during the trip whitney basically ruins the trip by bringing up the conversation she had with meredith.

my issue with whitney is she doesn’t read the room. her delivery is always at the worst time and she’s also tells the story differently from what was said. i wouldn’t even vent to whitney about my personal business because she’ll turn it into an issue later down the line. what she did to meredith questioning her about her father’s memorial. she keeps doing things that rub me wrong.

i also found it to be hypocritical she got upset that meredith retaliated by questioning her about her father. most of the arguments i’ve seen on this show have been started by whitney.. she is my least favorite so far.

i think whitney likes seeing chaos.

totally random but i can’t take lisa seriously whenever she cries lol. this episode was chaotic lol lisa crying, jen crying, heather and whitney fighting which all could’ve been avoided or at least handled properly.

EDIT: whitney makes too many excuses for her behavior. she’s always drunk or drinking whenever fights happens.

this lady is so uncensored.

some of the stuff mary says during her confessionals be so insane i sometimes laugh out of shock. she literally said lisa eats nothing but candy so her periods are probably terrible. something of the sort like what the?? mary is tone deaf. the woman is so quick with her responses i have to sometimes go back to catch what she said.

i felt so uneasy watching this.

i’m on season 2 episode 10, “highway to vail,” and omg… the scene where jen makes up some random excuse to leave, then like 12 minutes later the nypd shows up looking for her? that was honestly so creepy to watch. it’s wild how nobody seemed to realize what was happening, including the production crew.

lisa was acting so strangely too, immediately calling all six of her lawyers. i mean, i guess it makes sense since she was close to jen and probably didn’t want to get caught up in any of it.

i’m still watching, but i already spoiled everything for myself by googling what happened to jen lmao.
i’ve watched most of the housewives franchises, and every time a cast member ends up dealing with the police, it’s just insane to watch unfold. teresa giudice, jen shah, and karen huger… every single one of those situations had me absolutely flabbergasted.

i’ll be honest, i think jen was by far the worst. yes, karen did something wrong too, but some of the things i’m seeing jen did… oh my god. it’s honestly hard to wrap my head around.

also, whitney was so spot on before everything officially came out. she was probably the last person i expected to have such a good read on the situation because she kind of gives off ditsy vibes sometimes, but that really proves you can’t judge a book by its cover. she clearly knew what she was talking about. then meredith wasn’t even shocked and basically said she figured something like this would happen eventually.

my god… and this is only season 2. this season really came out swinging.

also i don’t mind spoilers lol im going to continue watching regardless.

season 1 reunion.

i said it before and i’ll say it again i love anything utah and based around the mormon community they make good tv. i like all the cast members for separate reasons (took me a while to realize who meredith and lisa were between the two) im still side eyeing jen because her tantrums and explosive behavior. im thinking maybe it’s due to her not handling her feelings well when it comes to her marriage but i hope it gets better.

whitney and heather confused me during reunion im not going to lie. i was not expecting heather to argue with lisa the way that she did and also whitney like what did i miss? i could’ve sworn everyone was pissed at jen lmao.

i honestly can’t tell if heather actually likes being friends with jen like i get she feels jen isn’t a good friend to her so why continue? it seems toxic then heather speaking on lisa and meredith friendship was odd to me considering both were confused why she kept making comments.

newbie to slc season 1.

something about utah & mormon drama excites me so of course i tune into RHOSLC. it’s so good im enjoying everyone so far lol im on episode 9, jen’s husbands hiphop party. im watching the ladies try to explain how they’re scared of jen but omg it took whitney so long to spit it out… is jen really that scary to them?

finally on season 16.

omg shamea is freaking hilarious in her confessionals lmao then the country song she jokingly made during porsha’s nashville birthday trip was funny as hell. i thought the season would bore me with all the newer ladies. also, shamea’s house? LOVE IT. i still got a while to go but so far im enjoying it.

i did see the kenya & brit episode.. that was crazy.

kandi the bull.

i’m on season 10, episode 16 kandi & kim having a conversation about kim finding every excuse to leave and not wanting to go places without kroy being with her. i love how fast kandi could put someone in check lmao as a taurus myself i love watching the calm before the storm. kim definitely tried it being snappy with kandi then the moment kandi gathered her up kim fixed her tone. 😂😂

me personally..

i don’t feel comfortable voting for melanie and sincere regardless of how much i like her. i don’t condone relationship dynamics in real life with myself, family or friends so it’s really hard for me to vote for them to be in the final 4. even with them getting the hideaway i don’t agree with it at all. i hate that melanie thinks we like them together when in reality she’s still there with sincere because people want to keep her in the villa.

honestly.. i feel like they should’ve gone home a long time ago considering melanie not wanting to explore healthier connections and sincere constantly lying to her. i’ve lost interest in the voting when it comes to the finals because it’s obvious who’s going to be voted.

i really really do like melanie which is why i won’t be voting for her. she’s cried most of her time on the show this just feels.. not good to support.

this was cute.

tonight episode was really cute i love seeing the girls do a challenge together and actually be able to get it done without getting caught. very refreshing episode besides sincere treating melanie with kids & a marriage + zach acting all depressed.

what’s the point?

getting viewers to vote and then disregard it during a karaoke competition. it almost feels like production just wanted to see who the viewers didn’t like at the moment then getting rid of people who from what i seen getting votes as most compatible (im not saying parmida & corbin are the most compatible just that it’s obvious they weren’t getting voted as the least). kayda had a point.. how was she and zach voted the least compared to some of the couples? i do think zach is to blame because of the way he is but compared to sincere & kc.. ehh.

just my thought about tonight episode.. maybe im biased against sincere & kc lmao mostly sincere.

edit: in case it gets confused. i think melanie and sincere should’ve went home tonight. the relationship is toxic, they refuse to admit and the guy will keep lying. i love melanie however i think her time in the villa should’ve ended after movie night. sincere is not good for her whatsoever.

the miami trip season 8.

guys… tammy’s nephew was extremely aggressive towards the woman then he pushed his aunt to the point she was possibly injured. that man was out of his mind and to do that to your aunt??? he definitely needed to get the hell out. i was scared for the girls 😂😂 im ngl. do y’all think kenya was wrong? personally i don’t think so when it came to removing him. why is she getting the blame? am i missing something?

casa mean girls.

parmida, tierra and amora are extremely shady towards melanie, kenzie and aniya. anytime there is something negative said about the OG girls it’s always the 3 casa girls giggling or smirking. they’ve also been in situations where they are bad mouthing them, agreeing or simply getting involved in conversations about the girls. i hate how nice and forgiving the OG girls are with them sometimes because i don’t think they deserve that… aniya is so sweet. she’s always being the bigger person. i personally feel like the casa girls are only “nice” when the OG girls constantly give them a pass. i just don’t trust them.

amora shady comment about melanie during movie night was dumb considering she saw how sincere was before casa and still attempted to be in a couple with him so to say “i would never subject myself to that” is funny. had sincere chose her she’d be in the same situation as melanie.

parmida is perfect for corbin and tierra is perfect for kc. them nasty spirits do great together.

please tell me!

i know i said last season cynthia was annoying i still think that however i always stated that i still liked her. i’m on season 8, first episode. peter caught with a woman. idc, spoil it for me… when does cynthia leave him? i don’t like him for her and never thought he deserved her. also, is this going to be the only issue between them or does it get worse throughout the season?
