I will comment the picture of display after posting. But i was told the display had a weird haze after it was inside a school bag when it rained. Stayed like this for weeks.
We left it in uncooked rice for 24 hours and its still the same. I was hoping it was moisture trapped but rice didnt do anything. Any other ideas?

I'm currently running my beloved PC since 2020/2021 and specs are below:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: Palit 3060ti
RAM: DDR4 3200 Mhz
PSU: Seasonic Gold 650w
Monitor: 34 inch Ultrawide 1440p
I've been getting back into single player games and feel some of them are struggling to reach desired framerate without DLSS. Such as exped 33, ghost of tsushima, gow ragnarok etc.
I'm considering upgrading to 5070ti initially, but the price is over 1k USD in my country, and might even need a PSU upgrade to 750 just for some room. Soo I'm considering even 5070 but have read some comments about 12gb VRam being easily maxed even now at 1440p.
Thus my question, should I upgrade GPU first? Spend more on 5070ti? Or 5070 is enough for my games? Should I try for a better AM4 CPU?
