BUD-LHR-SEA flight on BA. LHR-SEA got canceled because they kept the plane in a hangar where it got too hot, and they couldn't cool it down in 3hrs (interior temps were 36C) due to lack of portable ACs.
Can I claim EU261 once I arrive (24hrs+ later)? Or will they fight it as extraordinary circumstances?
Apparently it was 34C in London today, hot but not crazy hot.

Started at 8am with the parking lot 1/3 full. Mud and streams running on the trail. Only small patches of snow until Heather pass after which it's 95% snow.

There were a couple of sections going up where falling would lead to a long slide, potentially off the cliff. I'm happy I was going up over these sections, but there were people who managed to do clockwise using microspikes.

Even after the highest section going down there's still snow. Immediately after the top it's not possible to use the main trail as it's under snow. You need to scramble down to the left. After that, you either jump over rocks or go over snow with no established boot path. I was surprised by the amount of snow going down counterclockwise, although it was not very dangerous.

I brought snowshoes and microspikes but didn't use either. Snow was pretty soft by 10am. Earlier is better.
Has anyone done any of the popular SR20 hikes in North Cascades since the road opened a couple of days ago? Maple pass, Blue Lake, Cutthroat Pass, trails like that.
There no or a few recent reports for these trails on wta.org, and we had warm weather in the past week so hoping it's less snow now.
Seats are not visibly dirty, but they do smell a bit, probably from my drives back after hiking.
I live in an apartment, with the car being parked in an underground garage. Leaving the car in the sun with windows open would be challenging. I have access to an electrical socket in the garage. I have a regular home vacuum if needed.
What's the best way to get rid of the odor without causing mildew?
It looks like P&S products are recommended here, not sure if Terminator or Carpet Bomber are more appropriate. I'm worried about seats not fully drying afterwards due to the car being parked underground.

This is weird: I have a points advance booking for Hyatt Paris Madeleine which had a 1 day cancelation policy when I booked it (what the char rep said).
However, in the app, it now shows as:
"FULL PREPAYMENT/NO REFUND/NO CHANGES",
while on the website it's:
"24Hours Prior or 1 Night Fee/ Credit Card Req".
Also, the email confirmation has a 24hrs cancelation policy.
I also have another points advance booking for PH Vendôme which has the same cancelation policy ("24Hours Prior or 1 Night Fee/ Credit Card Req" on the website, "1 DAY BEFORE 11:59PM LOCAL HOTEL TIME ON ARRIVAL OR 1 NIGHT FEE" in the app).
Should I contact Hyatt about the Madeleine cancelation policy, or just go by what the website says (and what the chat rep said)?

Znam da je ovo vrlo relativno pitanje, ali gledam sebi da gradim kuću u Subotici. Malo ima placeva u lepim krajevima (Kertvaroš, Novi Grad).
Trenutno gledam jedan od 7.5 ari koji bih mogao da spustim na možda 55k eur. Bila je srušena kuća, tako da ima sve priključke, ulicu i čak je kuća upisana u zemljišnim knjigama. Zonirano je za kuće.
Malo dalje ima 10 ari za 50k eur, ali je livada, nema ulice, nema priključaka a mislim i da je podložno poplavama.
Ovo su neki placevi koji stoje mesecima.
Da li su cene od 5k-7.5k/aru realne u Subotici?
Gledam neki plac kome su spustili cenu, ali ja neću biti u zemlji još 3 meseca.
Da li može kupovina da se odradi iz Amerike, ako opunomoćim nekoga? Koja je tu procedura?
Koji je najbolji način da platim taj plac? Cena je oko 60k eur.

Debitnu karticu koju koristim samo za bankomate mi je neko pokušao da koristi za online kupovine u Hong Kongu i još ko zna gde. Moja banka (američka) je odbila te transakcije tako da ništa nisam izgubio.
Ovu karticu uopšte ne koristim, samo za podizanje gotovine. Nije korišćena od januara. Sad sam je koristio u aprilu samo na jednom bankomatu. Posle par dana od podizanja gotovine su krenuli ti pokušaji krađe.
Nisam primetio ništa na bankomatu da drugačije izgleda. Prekrivam tastaturu za PIN da ne može da se snimi, tako da verovatno zato nisu mogli da koriste kopiju kartice na bankomatima.

Vidim ponekad da npr. BMW ili Mercedes imaju akcije za lagerske automobile ili koji stižu uskoro gde su popusti i do 10%.
Npr. E klasa za 80.400eur a puna cena 92.338eur. Vidim i BMW da daje slične popuste za npr. seriju 3 koju sam gledao.
Da li je slične popuste moguće dobiti kad se naručuje automobil po ličnoj specifikaciji?
Will this be an issue when boarding the flight to the US, and also at US immigration if I have printed return ticket info? On B1 visa.
I read on another post that airlines might not allow boarding as they can't verify the return ticket as it's on another airline.
