Mendocino
This is like the essence of Mendocino.
Edit: we met the owners just now. Lovely older couple. Gave us some lavender from their garden.

Relatives (65+yo) are coming to Ashland in August, on their first RV adventure. They need a place to stop for a couple of nights. They likely want quiet, not after-dark partying.
Any recommendations?
What's the recommended way to test mods that only affect the game in later stages? I'm thinking of mods like the legendary item editors and crafting tools. Use console commands to add x-tech and some legendary items early, to allowing testing in the Frontier AIO hab? Something else?
I need to help a new driver learn some basics. Looking for a big empty parking lot where we can drive without too many other cars around. We can do this weekends or weekdays, early or late, in case that helps.

In 2018 I did a whole-house remodel, including Emtek Cadet knobs (flat black). Everything was fine.
Several tenants later, I want to replace some of the knobs (chipped enamel). Go back to the same seller, order 10, drop-shipped from Emtek.
All of them have bad threads in the knob. The screws won't seat at all in most. Attached is a photo. Threads on the screws themselves are clean, no issues.
Vendor is good, got Emtek to send replacements 2nd day air.
First knob out of the box has the exact same problem. They didn't send my returns back; the new ones passed them en route. Edit: I haven't checked the rest, waiting to hear if the vendor wants me to check them all.
Has anyone else had quality problems with Emtek recently?
