What are the odds my connection can still get cancelled

So the survey guy came to my house he said it can be easily done but since nayatel is newly launched in my area my house is like not even a minute away from the main street which is availability limit, if anyone had a similar situation can they still cancel my connection even though app shows its going normally or am i gonna get it? It's not even a minute distance from the main road and they straight out refuse to give me a connection it's the only fibre optic connection in my area. is there anything i can do😭

This is my home(white circle) and green belt is the area that's available for a nayatel connection. I visited the office and without any field visit they straight out refuse that i can't have a connection. What can i do its not even a minute walk from the main road 😭
