I’m having anxiety about putting in my two weeks notice. Any advice?

I have to put in my two weeks notice. I know they’re going to ask why/where I’m going. I would feel better if I was moving away or something but tbh I just don’t like the people at this job. And i don’t want the next two weeks to be miserable.

I’m 23 and never done this before. Any advice on what to say?

What does Fort Myers need more of?

I am thinking of business ideas for my future. I dont have anything to get it going and i am just messing around with ideas for now.

This could really be for kids, college students, adults. Im just trying to figure out what the area needs. I’ve thought about starting swim lessons, opening a smoothie shop or juice shop, renting kayaks, etc.

What does Fort Myers need more of? Help my brain!

How do I make my boss stfu?

I have a new supervisor. It’s been two months. She points out every single tiny mistake I make and tells everyone. Makes loud comments and jabs in emails all the time. How do I get her to stop? My other coworkers have my back and don’t constantly throw me under the bus like that.

I know what I want to say but I’m not sure how to phrase it in a work-appropriate way.

What's the best way to show you were promoted from intern to full-time on your resume?

I was an intern and then promoted to my current full-time position. Should I make these separate work experiences or put the internship in a bullet point under my current job? Any other ideas?

I have been lied to my entire life about how to sleep.

I recently started living alone and set my air conditioning to 78 degrees to save money. This is about 10 degrees warmer than what I am used to. I’ve always heard that you should sleep with it cool and wear socks and have blankets. But NO. Have the higher temp has been LIFECHANGING. I fall asleep right away and sleep all through the night and it’s amazing. I hope this helps someone else out there tooo!🫶

Can I whiten my teeth at home?

Do I need to get my teeth professional whitened or can I do it at home? Are there products I can buy at the store that actually work? Do they damage your teeth?

Thanks!

My group is between between the ages of 21-22. I've been friends with them for about 2 years (some of them only 1 year). Does it mean anything if they all forgot my birthday? They go all out for birthdays usually.

How much bringing work home is normal?

Working a desk job. Full time. Sometimes you gotta stay late or bring work home, especially if you just got back from vacation and are behind.

I have no problem staying late sometimes and understand I need to get my work done. But how often is too often? How often should you realistically bring work home to finish?

What agencies do you use when hiring a nanny?

I’ve babysat, but never been a nanny full time. I have lots of experience with kids, am CPR and lifeguard certified, and have a degree in child development.

What agencies have you used to find your nanny? I’ve heard bad things about agencies in general, so I’ve been using Facebook. I haven’t found any jobs doing this.

Any tips or advice is helpful!

Sorry for the ugly pic. I have a spot on my gum that’s been bothering me for about a week. Only hurts when I brush/floss. Not when I’m eating. I’ve been babying it but it doesn’t seem to be getting better. when will it go away? what is it?

Where to find a nanny job?

I have experience babysitting, but am just looking into a full-time nanny position for the first time. I have a bachelor's degree in child development. Should I look at Facebook groups to find a family or go through a third party? There are so many websites! Thoughts?
