i do have celiac so its very possible when i have eaten at restaurants they had gluten inside or cross contamination despite the gf label.

However i get 🎶the shits🎶 from eating at any ones house even if i watch them make the food and it have no gluten or any ingredients im intollerant too

is it possible im reacting to peoples individual bacteria they carry on their hands🦟coz what the hell man. Thats why i always only eat home cooked meals or packaged food

Today i went onto the cleaveland clinic website to read about mcad before i visit the dr.

AND WHAT IS THIS ewww

i understand new tests ect will show new findings and how we understand ilnesses.

but why are they saying its not related to pots and hypermobility.

Then i read on uk pots website and both website infos contradict each other now,since cleaveland changed all their info....

i swear they did it because its ticktock trendy /everyone finaly getting the help they need and they dont want ro diagnose people with another condition and help.

Ps my cardiologist said mcas happens with ppl who have pots more often so thats why im trying to get it investigated since i experience all the symptoms

So when i was 5 and smaller i was terrefied to go down into the apartment basement because i thought there would be rats,killers, just dead bodies, zombies. Just the dark and tight jail space wasnt nice

but i never heard or seen the concept of the undead before as my parents kept all my cartoons and books not scary at all.

i went to see my gp last week he told me the results of my spine mris which show herniated disk and arthiritis (im f 23) n other things wrong with spine. i will be sent to physiotherapy for that.

i told him im worried about all my bones and joints as they have been in pain my whole life but the orthopaedic dr wants to focus only on the spine.

so he asked me to see bendyness on arm and thumb i cant do that. and when other dr did brighton test on me i got 0.

However i proceeded to show him my infex finger tips bending back, i can do pray pose and while doing it left shoulder poped loud🪰 and i complained about all joints feeling put of place/tight painfull clicking popping. Main area concern for me hips knees shoulders

is it worth asking the gp for genetic testing

im waiting to get a conolpscopy but who knows when that will be

what helps me is just eating food that my bodys chill with aka no seeds or crazy fiber things

where my feet and leg pain, i remember lying on the cold hard ground at the age of 4 coz my legs teeth/jaw and arms hurt so incredibly bad.

In primary school pain continued parents took me to doctors constantly but they never found problems and always wrote "growing pains:

yes your body os ever evolving but i don't think these gRowIng PaInS should be still happening

im diagnosed with fibromyalgya, Cfs,pots,celiac + other things now so makes sense.

But i think its sad children dont get taken seriously by drs parents ect because they are too young for problems.and i want to give lil me a hug.

just got reminded of this because my feet legs are killing after a short walk today😝
