Interviewer kept saying "if you're successful"

Hi, I had an interview for M&S foodhall. I booked the first interview slot. They were only interviewing people for two days. I'd say the interview overall went fine, but the manager that was interviewing me kept on saying "If you're successful" then this and that will happen. He was stressing on it. I don't know. He said i'll hear no later by Thursday (as the last day they were interviewing was on wednesday). It's Saturday now, i havent heard anything back, and it still says "under consideration" on my application. I don't know what this is a sign of. Anyone has any idea?

K18 Concerns

Hi everyone,
My hair is 3A/3B curly, and the curls look great, except the roots now are kind of stretched due to heat damage salon. So i'd like to try K18, my only concern is since that it's \*permanent\* (and this word definitely scares me) what if it makes my curls worse permanently? like say maybe loosen the curls or for it to become straighter? I'm kind of skeptical and concerned. My hair/curls are generally healthy but it's the roots area that got most affected. While I want to fix it, I'm afraid I'll just make it worse.
What do you guys think?

What the hell? I thought I had the best interview ever with them

I'm just so confused. The interviewer himself seemed so impressed. What's going on

Email from ALDI

hi guys, I applied to work at my local Aldi for stock assistant and I got this email as a response back:

Thank you for completing your online application form.  We have reviewed the details and will contact you as soon as we have a role that suits the requirements you have stated within your form.

I don't know if this is a good sign or not giving that LD is quite selective and there's a rigorous process for the application so can someone enlighten me as to what my chances are of getting a job based on their response

Should I get rhinoplasty

Hi everyone, i used to have a very lovely long, projected, slim nose, however I did septoplasty and the doctor removed a substanstial amount of bone so now it looks bigger and different. I'm considering revision rhinoplasty as my tip now just looks wider and bulbous, and my nose overall looks shorter. I feel like I have a piggy nose now. I want a stranger's opinion as I see my face everyday. What do you guys think?

advice of the day: don't get this surgery if you're afraid your nose will look worse. high change it will :)

nose before and after septoplasty

(left is before- right is after) i hate my nose after septoplasty. nostrils flare up, look shorter, and just straighter/flatter. can this be fixed with rhino??? can length be restored? i hate how it looks now
