Clean protein powder recommendations for weight gain & muscle growth?

Hey everyone!

I'm a 26M looking to put on weight and lean muscle. Started working out recently 4 times a week with PPL schedule.
I'm looking for recommendations for a **clean, high-quality protein powder.**

**Type:** Prefer Whey Isolate (or very clean blends/plant options if high quality).

**Quality:** Third-party tested

**Goal:** Hitting protein targets daily for muscle recovery and weight gain.

Please suggest me few from your experiences.
Cheers!

Airtel Spam calls

I get a lot of AIRTEL SPAM calls every single day, on an average of 5-6 calls per day. Sometimes even more. Does any other airtel user face the similar issue? If yes appreciate if you share any solution for this issue of airtel spamming calls.

Thanks in advance!

3 tiger Reserves, 0 Tigers spotted, and 1 Heartbreak in Kabini 🐅🌧️ Am I cursed?!

I recently booked back-to-back morning and afternoon safaris at Nagarhole / Kabini Tiger Reserve hoping to break my big-cat dry streak.
It was drizzling all day, and the jungle was absolutely alive—just not with tigers!

Our Sightings Checklist:

🐘 2 Indian Elephants
🐕 A pack of Wild Dogs
🦌 Endless spotting of sambar deer &
🦬 Indian Gaur
🐒 Langurs climbing trees

Knowing Nagarhole is home to ~140+ tigers in t’s crazy to think they were all hiding just beyond the trees. But with safari tracks covering only ~15–20% of the core forest and with way too noisy bus around, luck really is everything!

Drop your thoughts:

  1. Does light rain completely kill big cat sightings for you?
  2. What’s your worst safari dry streak? Make me feel better! ;)

Sharing a few shots of the stunning wildlife we did manage to see below. 👇

Thanks,
Peace 🕊️

0 for 3 on Tiger Sightings (Bhadra, Bandipur, Nagarhole) – Need recommendations on best reserves & timing!

Hey everyone,
I'm super passionate about tiger conservation and wildlife safaris, but I’ve had zero luck actually spotting a wild tiger so far.

So far, I've visited:
• Bhadra Tiger Reserve
• Bandipur Tiger Reserve
• Nagarhole Tiger Reserve (Visited last month)
My luck at Nagarhole was especially painful—two other jeeps in our exact same safari batch managed to spot a tiger and a leopard, while our jeep saw nothing even though we had timely intels from the other jeeps but by the time we reach the spot.. yeah they definitely wont be there :/

Since I'm planning my next attempt, I'd love your inputs:
1. Which Tiger Reserves offer the highest probability of sightings? (Open to Central/North/Western India options like Tadoba, Ranthambore, etc.)

2. What time of year/season gives the best chances?

Appreciate any tips or naturalist/zone recommendations you have!

Thanks!
Peace🕊️

Need some advice on cope up mechanism when you really bad time.

Hi,
I'm currently going through a rough patch. I work full-time, but I’ve been carrying some deep-rooted, long-standing family issues since childhood that make current life situations much harder to navigate. I tried my level best to bring in change, which seems to work temporarily but never really changed the people I live with and love the most. I prefer to keep the details private

Balancing work while feeling emotionally exhausted has been tough for me, and I want to make sure I dont want to lose hope in life, I am working on myself to handle it better and to keep my head above the water.

I would really appreciate for some practical advice or healthy habits that might be helpful for me during my lows.

Thanks for reading all the way, advice is really appreciated!

Peace

Tried Madhubani art for the first time. Feedback is appreciated!

I have tried this Madhubani art for the first time. This is a classic example of mixing Bharni (color filling) and Kachni (line work) with Mithila motif, one of my favourite. Any feedback is appreciated.

Cheers!

Can you believe this little creature community started out as just a page of random colourful dots

Didn't know what to draw, so I made some dots and let my imagination take over. Let me know what creatures do you see in them?

I turned these random dots into little animals. Slide to see.Download the first slide and show me what creatures you create with them!

When you start drawing a line and your hand refuses to stop..

Quick question for the fellow doodlers here: Do you prefer filling a whole page with a single pattern like this, or mixing a bunch of different ones together?

Cheers

This felt like a therapy session between my inner perfectionist and my inner free-spirit.

When your obsessive need for perfect symmetry meets your love for chaotic natu 🖤🤍

I usually stick to very strict, repetitive mandala patterns because the symmetry is truly meditative for me. For this piece, I just wanted to challenge myself to step out of my comfort zone by forcing the rigid lines to break out into fluid, curvy and asymmetrical vines.

Done entirely with black fine-liners onA4 drawing book (130gsm). It took roughly 3 hours. I'd love to hear your feedback on how the balance feels to your eyes.

Cheers
