Good quality embossing label maker for pedal parts bins?

Since this is related to diy pedal parts, I hope this is ok to post here.

I really love the look and feel of the old embossed style of labels for my parts drawers/bins. I have one of the modern Dyno ones, but it's a cheap piece of junk that jams constantly and feels like it's gonna break every time I squeeze the handle. Do any of you here use these kind of labels for your pedal parts and know of a better quality one around that I should get? Or even an old used model to look out for?

Mods: if this kind of post isn't allowed, just let me know and I'll post this elsewhere.

Treble pot on Orange OR15 behaving strangely

I recently bought a used OR15, and after having it for a bit, I've noticed that the Treble pot behaves differently than I would expect. Rather than the usual passive treble control, it instead cuts bass the higher you go acting as a high pass filter instead.

For those who have owned/played an OR15, is that just how this particular amp works, or does it sound like a faulty component?

I've included a picture of the inside, along with the schematic. I've tested C11, C12, & R17 which are all testing fine. I have not yet tested C13/C14 yet as I can't access the leads or pads until I remove the PCB.

Another quick question, since the filter caps are mounted the way they are and I cannot directly discharge them from this angle without flipping the board, is there another spot from the PCB I can do so? I do not want to attempt to remove the PCB until I know those caps are discharged, I do have the tool to do so, I'm just used to having access to caps directly.

NAD - The one I've been looking for

I've bought and sold 5 different Orange amps trying to find the right one, and after overlooking the OR15 for so many years, I finally thought I'd give it a shot. And *holy* shit, yeah this amp really does it for me.

I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but don't overlook this little power house.

Thinking of buying a tube amp that needs repairs, advice needed

There's an Orange tube amp I've been wanting for a while, and managed to find a great deal for like 30% of the typical new price. The only issue is the seller said that it's had some issues with it sounding thin. It started whenever the Bass knob was at a specific spot (around 2 o' clock) but now it's just that way no matter the position. He also said there isn't any crackling, volume drop, or feedback issues, just the thin sound.

It sounds to me like it would either be a faulty bass potentiometer or a capacitor, though I figured I'd ask here first in case it could be a larger issue. If it's most likely what I mentioned or a tube needing replaced, I'd be perfectly fine doing so, but if it sounds like something much larger if an issue, I'll pass.

Does anyone know what would cause it?

Thanks!

Anyone else ever heard of Musiwewe pedals?

I found this in a box of pedals that I had forgotten about, I saw it on eBay years ago for dirt cheap, though now I can't seem to find it or the others in the series anywhere online for sale.

I'm really glad I found it though, because I didn't realize how good it sounds. I had assumed when purchasing it that it was just another TS clone and tried using it like one to boost my distorted amp, and didn't like the sound of it.

Now years later I'm running it into a clean Fender-style amp and it's heavy. The color really matches the sound, it's the most Orange amp-like pedal I've played. Beefy, high gain, and gets fuzzy at max gain. The mode switch adds more dirt when pressed.

There were others in the series, both the Deep Red and Purple Blue distortions, the Light Purple Delay, and the Hot Pink Boost (I hope I remembered those right)

All I can find is that they were made by SKS Audio in Australia as a budget line, but that's the most I can find on them. Does anyone else here know much about them, or if they can still be purchased anywhere? I'd love to eventually collect them all if possible.

Attempted pixel art of Ursula from Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave

It's been many years since I've really tried pixel art, so I'm pretty rusty. I've been really into Fire Emblem lately and got inspired to try making a FE GBA style portrait of one of the new characters from the next Fire Emblem. Some parts I like, like the armor and the pallette, but something about the face is really bothering me. The hair is alright, but not the best, but doesn't bother me like the face does. What can I do to improve on this?

Fire Emblem styled pixel art?

Greetings folks!

I want to make some pixel art for some of my DnD characters in the style of the Fire Emblem GBA portraits. I've seen many time lapses of people making their own art in that style, but not much on how to go about doing that.

I used to do pixel art a lot back in my teens, but it's been a long time so I'm very rusty. Does anyone know of any good resources pertaining to this particular style? Thanks!
