As the title says. I'm about 16 months post op T4-T12, however my lumbar curve is still quite prominent (36°) as it was a selective fusion, and I get a lot of pain underneath my fusion from how much it moves.

The surgeon says everything looks fine and is healing well, although I've got some rotation returning the fusion looks stable.

I was also told that I have a couple of months left to grow according to my growth plates. So I was wondering could a brace reduce my lumbar degree of curvature even just minimally, and could it also reduce pain? (pain still impacts me daily)

I would bring this up with my surgeon but i just had my recent appointment and my social anxiety fears me looking like a complete idiot and I get all nervous when I'm in conversations that are focused on specifically me (like appointments lol)
