This is my first time purchasing a custom piece from a Chinese vendor. Are there any major concerns with the CAD drawing? I am trying to design a diamond station necklace similar to the provided picture.
How does this diamond look? IGI cert says it is 2.16 ct, E VVS2, excellent polish and symmetry, L/W ratio of 1.39, depth of 62.5, table of 61%, crown height of 13.5%. Is this considered a bad bow tie? I want to make this into a pendant necklace, but not sure if it will look tacky with a larger diamond like this (alternative is 1.52 ct diamond shown in comment below)?

I was supposed to be 8w6d today and found out we are having a loss again. No heartbeat was detected and baby only measured 8w0d. This was already my 6th FET (previous 3 did not implant, 1 was a chemical, and now 2 miscarriages at 7–9 weeks). I’m devastated because baby was measuring on track and heartbeat was strong the last few ultrasounds. I (36F) was never able to conceive naturally, but all of my testing (including SIS, HSG, hysteroscopy with biopsy) / bloodwork has come back normal so my diagnosis is unexplained infertility. I’ve done all different IVF protocols - fully medicated, modified natural, with/without lupron suppression. I was also on full RI protocol for last 2 FETs and even added IVIG this past FET. All of my embryos transferred were 5AA euploids. The only thing I haven’t tested for is endo, so I plan to get a laparoscopy next to see if I have silent endo since I don’t have any endo symptoms besides infertility. I’m on 30-40 meds/supplements at this point from both RI and RE, and I feel like my body is completely destroyed both spiritually and physically. It seems literally impossible for me to have a baby…. has anyone been in a similar situation and found a way to have a live birth?
Does anyone know if you need to work 12 months before you are eligible for maternity/parental leave at Merck? Or does this benefit kick in day 1?
I am 7w6d today and ultrasound showed that CRL was measuring on track at 7w3d (I was told +/- 2/3 days is normal measurement variation), but GS was only measuring 6w4d. FHR was a great 157 bpm. My RE doesn’t seem concerned that my GS is measuring behind because they only care about CRL, but I read that a small GS could lead to miscarriage. I have already had 2 losses prior (1 at 8w and 1 chemical) so I am super nervous about this pregnancy, especially because the HCG rise was extremely abnormal in the beginning (153 to 157 to 231 every 48-72 hours before doubling normally after that), and we didn’t think the pregnancy was even viable. Has anyone been in a similar situation where GS was measuring behind? Does it eventually catch up?
I got my panthere watch in stainless steel a few weeks ago, and the face is already completely scratched up despite me being careful :( Is there any way to buff out the scratches? It looks so bad…

Today at 22dp5dt (5w6d), we were thankfully able to see a gestational sac and a yolk sac in the uterus so an ectopic and blighted ovum have been ruled out. What are the chances this will be a viable pregnancy? My RE is extremely cautious because of the initial plateau/slow rise. This is my 6th embryo transfer (3 did not implant, 1 was a MC at 8w, and 1 was a chemical).
