Olaplex 3 on non-treated hair
I have a bottle of Olaplex 3 and my hair is not colored or chemically treated, but I’m prone to getting a lot of split ends and hair is dry and sometimes breaks. Would the Olaplex 3 help if I put on the ends or will it make everything worse? I’ve read mixed reviews.

Hair shedding on .1 mg patch
Has anyone experienced increased hair fall when they switched from .075 to .1 mg estradiol patch? I was on .075 for a while (Sandoz) and didn’t have a severe problem with hair. Right when I upped my dose (same brand) my hair started falling so much, especially when I wash it. Even running my hand through my hair, I get a lot of strands in my hand. If you experienced this, did you go back down to .075?

Hair fall
Has anyone’s hair started falling out after increasing the estradiol patch from .075 to .1? I noticed my hair has been coming out like crazy especially in the shower after I increased dosage. Nothing else changed.

Creatine, possible hair loss?
Has anyone taken creatine and noticed an increase in hair fall? Did you stop taking the supplement, and if so, how long did it take for the hair shedding to stop? I started taking 5mg and noticed more hair fall. I stopped, but still experiencing a lot of hair fall.

Past couple of days I’ve been feeling achy all over. I did have to change brands for my E patches due to the shortage. It’s been 2.5 weeks and just now I’m getting the achy feeling. Could it be the new patches? And does it mean I’m absorbing too much or not absorbing well enough?
