Attempting a pride cuff. Never made one before

This was it before I had to get to work. I’m liking how it’s coming out and might just make a stash of these to give out or sell!

I feel like I’m speaking to toddlers (Venti story time!)

To preference this, I always want to help someone figure out what they want. I will sit at the register and tell customers about our drinks to the best of my abilities and how popular they are. That being said, I was calm and collected during this. Really trying to help a customer on what they want…but they were about to have a toddler melt down it seemed.

🦇: me
👩: customer

I’m working register and this custie comes in saying off the bat:

👩: I never get anything I ask for. I just want a cold coffee with chocolate.

🦇: so did you want an iced mocha?

👩: *huffs* well what’s in it?

🦇: depending on the size, shots of espresso, milk, mocha sauce-

👩: nonono. I don’t want espresso. I want coffee

🦇: I hear you. Did you want an iced coffee with the mocha sauce?

👩: is that possible?

🦇: yeah, I can definitely do that.

👩: fine *huffs like a toddler*

I hate this new bathroom policy (GRANDE RANT WITH ROOM)

Disclaimer I don’t work in the city. I’m in the suburbs. If i was in the city then I might have different thoughts.

I feel like we should let people use the bathroom at any time. As someone who has digestive problems…I always need a bathroom. And no I am not gonna make a customer buy something before hand so they can use the bathroom. If nature calls then nature calls.

Also the water thing. Where you HAVE to buy something to get free water. I thought it was a LAW that a food establishment has to provide clean drinking water for everyone. I was telling my friend about this policy where you can’t walk in and get free water with out having to buy something. And even they said that sounds illegal since I am at place that serves food and I should be able to give it to people who need it.

Got really bored at work

So there was a tornado warning from where we are and there was no one coming in after 3. So I decided to make some faces for the items around the bar

What are some ways that yall stay healthy?

So ever since I started working at Starbucks and having a bit more sugar in my diet than usual…I’ve gained some weight. Also doesn’t help that when I was put on birth control I gained weight as well. If you have any food trackers that you suggest, I would love to check them out.

As of now I do walk daily, a mile and a half each day (today I did three since I was really motivated).

I wish my Napa Chicken Almond sandwich would come back but the cranberry walnut is a pretty good substitute! Ft. French onion soup

Just as the title says. The chicken almond sandwich was my favorite thing on the menu. But this walnut sandwich is a close second!! The chicken almond sandwich was my first ever sandwich at Panera that I remember trying and I would have it as a comfort meal or my next meal after any of my doctor fasting procedures. But chicken cranberry might take the substitute for the chicken almond 🐌🫶🏻

Psychotic playthrough now

So. I’m now just curious on how well this will land me. But right now I’m just going the complete psychopath route and just murking every non essential npc in this game. I’m also keeping up with my dairy stealing since I am the cheeseborn and I need to keep that appearance up. But now produce, books and clothes are now not safe from this thief.
