The horrific details of abduction attempt on a women outside Delhi 5-star hotel and the quick bail loop

This incident happened on Sunday, October 4, right outside a prominent hotel in a high security zone. Victims allege a blatant abduction attempt where men tried to drag a woman into a car, and when friends intervened, they were brutally attacked with iron rods, leaving one person severely hospitalised.

It is highly likely that they will secure quick bail under these weaker charges.

Is this going to stop, or will it be like this forever ??

It seems safety has become a complete joke to the authorities treated as a trivial, non important matter while violent offenders are handled with kid gloves.

It's ok, to reach out. Your mental health matters.

It is completely okay to reach out when things get heavy. Please don't ignore your mental health or push it aside.

I offer support on an honorary basis because I care about real healing, not a price tag.

I know it is hard to open up online these days. Whenever someone actually tries to give structured, thorough advice, it immediately looks like a ChatGPT copy paste.

It makes it so hard to tell if you're actually connecting with a human who cares, or just reading an algorithm. Worse, the focus online is always on progress over mental health.

People are constantly hyper focused on comparing external progress like money, status, or productivity rather than actually focusing on internal mental health and healing. We have built a digital world where advice videos and mental health tips seem to outnumber the actual population of the earth.

Most of it is completely scripted. People are no longer sharing to help, they are just chasing maximum likes, viral videos, or desperately trying to get their comments pinned for a shred of validation. Empathy has been replaced by ego. People love to make someone else look completely stupid just to prove their own intellectual superiority.

But it isn't just the internet's fault. Through interacting with many individuals and seeing how deeply people have fractured their own well being, a tough truth emerges sometimes, we ourselves are also responsible.

We actively participate in the very systems that drain us. We consume the toxic content, follow the unrealistic standards, and let external noise run our internal peace.

Reaching out helps because it breaks that exhausting loop of silent comparison. It connects you to an actual person who wants to listen to your internal world, not judge your external status.

Hope MOD Won't remove this.

Is ‘forever’ dead? Why do partners leave after promising to stay?`

Why do partners leave us? Why do we hear “you deserve better” when we know the person saying it is the only one we deserve?

Why does money suddenly come between us when the same person promised to stay with us at the start of the relationship?

Why does someone cheat and then try to win us back?

We all deserve to be loved, but why do we end up staying alone?

I’m sure we all have different perspectives and good answers for all these things.

But if we have answers for all of this, then why doesn’t that person stay?

We all see a lot of reels where two people look so happy, and we end up dropping a comment like “God bless you,” while thinking, “When will I get this kind of partner?”

Why are relationships fading away and turning into situationships?

Why are lust and cheating increasing? Why can’t someone stay with one partner forever and fulfill the promises we made at the start of a relationship?

It’s not about only one gender — every gender is suffering.

The reality we don’t post about

The “You deserve better” exit

You’ve been with your partner for 3 years. Your partner supported you when you had nothing. Now you finally have a stable job, but your partner is distant. One day they say, “You deserve better,” and leave.

The truth? Your partner doesn’t think you deserve better. Your partner thinks they can’t keep up. They saw you growing, and instead of communicating their insecurity, they used a breakup line that makes them look selfless. You’re left thinking they were the only one you deserved.

The money promise

Your partner said, “We’ll figure it out together” when both of you were broke college students. 3 years later, they get a 30 LPA job and their circle changes.

Suddenly your “simple birthday at home” isn’t enough. “My parents won’t approve of this lifestyle” becomes the new excuse. Money didn’t come between you. Their priorities did. The promise was real when you both had nothing to lose. Now they have an image to maintain, and you don’t fit it.

The cheater’s comeback

Your partner cheats, you find out, and you block them. 6 months later, they’re texting “I made the biggest mistake. No one understands me like you.”

It’s not love. It’s comfort. The new person didn’t tolerate their flaws the way you did. They’re not coming back for you. They’re coming back for the version of themselves that felt safe with you.

So why are we all alone when we have the answers?

Because knowing the answer and accepting it are two different things. We know red flags. We know“if they wanted to, they would.” But we stay because loneliness feels heavier than the truth.

We comment “God bless you” on couple reels because we’re grieving the promises we were given. The “forever” we were sold. Social media shows the highlight reel, not the 2 AM fights, not the “I’m not attracted to you anymore” conversations.

Why relationships become situationships

Dating apps made humans look disposable Why work through boredom when a new chat is a swipe away?

Fear of being trapped. Our parents stayed unhappy “for the kids.” We saw that and decided “no labels” means “no pain.” But no labels also means no security.

Lust is instant, love is maintenance.Cheating is up because dopamine is cheap. A new body, a new DM, a new secret feels exciting. Coming home to the same person and choosing them after a bad day? That’s work. Most people quit.

It’s not men vs women. It’s humans vs ego, vs fear, vs convenience.

We don’t stay because forever is a choice you make daily, not a feeling you land on. And a lot of people don’t want to choose anymore. They want to be chosen without effort.

To anyone reading this and feeling alone: You’re not crazy for wanting the promise to be kept. You’re just early. The people who still believe in “forever” are quieter now. They’re not making reels.

TLDR. Partners leave because promises are made by the person they were at the start, not the person they become. We’re alone because we want depth in a world that rewards distraction. It’s not you. It’s not them. It’s this era.

My fake smile has become my closest friend.

I just need to vent this somewhere because I can’t say it out loud to anyone in my real life. Please don't judge me. I just really need someone to listen.

For a long time now, every single smile I put on is completely fake. It’s exhausting, but it’s become my default setting. Honestly, this fake smile has become more of a friend to me than actual, real people. It’s always there, protecting me from unwanted questions and keeping everyone at a distance so I don’t have to explain myself.

In the past, things got so bad that I actually had to go to a rehabilitation center. People always assume rehab is only for drugs or alcohol, but for me, it was because of a severe, crippling depression. I spent time there getting help, and while that chapter is behind me, coming back into the real world didn't instantly fix everything. The aftermath of severe depression stays with you.

The hardest part now is carrying all of this around my parents. I love them, but I absolutely cannot share the depth of this with them. If they knew how miserable I actually am behind the mask, or how much I'm still struggling even after going through rehab in the past, it would break them. Or worse, they wouldn't understand. So, every single day, I put the armor on for them. "I'm fine, everything is good." It’s a total lie, but it keeps the peace.

But behind the scenes, I’ve again started visiting a psychiatrist to keep managing the depression.

Walking into that clinic is the for that one hour, I have to take the mask off. I can't use my fake smile inside that room. It is incredibly uncomfortable to sit there and admit to a doctor that I am still falling apart, especially when I spend the other 23 hours of the day pretending I have my life completely together.

It feels incredibly lonely living this double life. To the world, I’m okay. To my parents, I’m doing great. But to my doctor, and to myself when I'm alone in the dark, I’m just trying to survive. I really hope that one day I won't need this mask anymore, but right now, it's the only thing keeping me going.

Even though I am dealing with all of this internally, I am still trying to help others so they don't have to suffer the way I have been suffering. I don't want anyone else to feel this kind of pain.

Thanks for reading if you made it this far. I just really needed to get this off my chest.

You were Valued. Then Villain. Then Curse. Then they cheated.

In the end, you will be found guilty in every relationship, that you fulfilled selflessly.

If you’ve been cheated on after being the “good one,” you know this cycle.

Phase 1

You’re “Valued”

You were the safe one. The one who listened, showed up, fixed things, forgave the small stuff. You didn’t keep score. You made their life easier. So they called you “the best thing that happened to me.”

Phase 2

You’re the “Villain"

Then you had one human moment. Got tired. Needed something back. Set a boundary. Didn’t reply fast.

Suddenly you’re “controlling.” “Distant.” “Not the same person.” All your months of loyalty got wiped out by one day of having needs.

Phase 3

You’re a “Curse”

Now your love is the problem. Your care is “suffocating.” Your loyalty is “boring.” You went from their peace to their excuse. And instead of talking, they found someone else.

Harsh realities

You were free.

People don’t repair what costs nothing. Talking = work. Cheating = new with no history.

You never made them handle conflict.

You absorbed everything. So when the relationship got hard, they didn’t know how to talk. They only knew how to leave.

Guilt needs a new story.

Admitting they took too much makes them the bad person. Cheating lets them say “we were broken anyway.” Easier to rewrite you as toxic than to admit they were ungrateful.

You know who they really are.

You saw the breakdowns, the insecurities, the worst days. The affair partner doesn’t. They deleted the witness, not the crime.

TLDR. You get valued for giving everything. Called a villain for needing something. Treated like a curse for reminding them what they took. So they cheat because a stranger is cheaper than facing you.

This isn’t about gender. It’s about what happens when one person becomes the oxygen. Nobody thanks air. They just get mad when it runs out.

If you’re here because you were the “good one” who got betrayed you’re not crazy.

You just got taxed for caring too much.

Night is the only time the world stops asking me to be okay

Daylight is a contract. You sign it every morning when your alarm goes off. The terms are simple: Be productive. Be presentable. Be fine.

So you perform. You reply “haha yeah” to texts you don’t have energy for. You nod in meetings while your brain is somewhere else entirely. You tell your mom “I’m good” because the truth would take 3 hours and she’s got her own stuff. You smile at cafe's, make small talk with coworkers, absorb the news, the noise, the notifications. You are, for 16 hours, a functioning human.

Then night comes.

Night feels relaxing because it cancels the contract.

The world logs off. The expectations evaporate faster than anything. No one is emailing you at 1:43am asking for “quick sync”. No one needs you to be articulate or optimized or grateful. The sun taps out, and with it, the need to perform.

Our nervous system, which has been running background antivirus all day, finally gets to close the tabs. Our room becomes a country with a population of one. In that silence, your shoulders drop two inches.

Sensory input drops. Our brain stops scanning for threats, deadlines, social cues. For the first time all day, you are not “on”.

That’s the relaxing part. It’s relief.

But that’s also why night gets heavy.

Daylight is a great place to hide things. You shove grief into the gaps between meetings. You postpone heartbreak until “after this project”. You archive the “we need to talk” texts in a mental folder called Later. When you’re busy surviving, you don’t have to feel.

Night takes away your hiding places.

There are no distractions at 2am. No errands to run from yourself. The Default Mode Network in your brain the part that handles reflection, memory, imagination powers up. It’s your brain’s screensaver, and it only turns on when you’re not doing tasks. So all the files you didn’t open during the day start autoplaying.

The friend you lost touch with. The apology you never gave. The version of you from 2019 who had different dreams. The “I love you” you said too late, or not at all. The “I’m not okay” you swallowed because someone else was having a worse day.

Night doesn’t create these emotions. It just finally gives them a chair. And when they sit next to you, they’re heavy. Because they’re real, and they’ve been waiting.

It’s loneliness. It’s the absence of people who used to text you goodnight. It’s the echo of your own thoughts in an empty room. Absence feels louder at night because, biologically, you’re wired to notice it.

And everything feels 10x more profound at night. The song hits harder. The memory stings more. The unsaid stuff claws its way up your throat.

It’s the safest you’ll feel all day, and the most exposed. It’s the only time you get to be honest, and honesty can wreck you.

Night is a confession booth with no priest. You sit there with all your unsaid things. Some nights you whisper them to the ceiling. Some nights you just sit with the weight of them.

The real horror isn’t the darkness. It’s realizing how much you carry when no one’s watching.

But maybe that’s also the gift. Because in the day, you survive. At night, you finally get to be a person. And being a person is messy and heavy and unspeakably sad sometimes.

But it’s also the only thing that’s real.

*TL;DR*: Sun is for surviving and lying that you’re fine. Night is for feeling and realizing how much you’ve been holding in. That’s why it’s peaceful and devastating in the same breath.

Anyone else feel like 2am is the only honest hour of the day?

Kisi se ummed rakhni hi kam kar di hai 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I've officially stopped expecting anything from anyone now.

And honestly? it’s peaceful.

Not because I became some wise monk overnight. But because I’m tired. Tired of investing in people who treat you like an option.

Tired of the "we’ll always be there" texts from people who disappear the second you actually need them.

These days love language is false promises.

"Good morning" texts for 2 weeks, then ghosting.

"I’ll never hurt you" followed by exactly that.

Making future plans with someone who’s already planning their exit.

We swipe, we situationship, we trauma-bond, we breakup over text, and then post "healing era" stories while still stalking them at 2am.

The worst part? It’s always the favorite people.

The one you saved the memes for. The one you defended. The one you told your secrets to.

Strangers can’t break your heart. Only your people get that access. And they use it.

Detachment isn’t coldness it’s self-respect. It’s realizing that peace is better than proving your worth to people who only show up when it’s convenient.

So yeah. 100. Expectations = 0.

Less "wyd" at 3am, less anxiety, less explaining your feelings to people committed to misunderstanding you.

If you’re in your "trust issues arc" too, you’re not crazy. You’re just done auditioning for people’s bare minimum.

Anyone else feel like the older you get, the smaller your circle becomes and you prefer it that way?

TL;DR: Stopped expecting from people. Turns out detachment is peace. This generation runs on false promises, ghosting, and situationships. The ones you love hurt you the most. So expectations = 0 now. Less drama, less anxiety. If your circle’s getting smaller with age, you’re not alone.

Anyone else in their “trust issues” era too?

Every person who says ‘I’m good’ on calls or even looking into eyes… are we really ???

It sits in my chest like a stone, cold and heavy, and some nights I swear I can feel it pressing on my ribs. I’m going to end up alone. Not the kind of alone where you slam a door and wait for footsteps to come back. The real kind. The kind where the silence in your house grows teeth. The kind where the walls stop expecting anyone else.

And the worst part? I can’t even tell my family.

They call. They ask, “How are you, beta?” and the lie is already on my tongue before I can stop it. “I’m good. All good.” My voice doesn’t even shake anymore. I’ve gotten so good at performing “fine” that I could win awards for it. I hang up, and the room rushes back in, empty and loud.

I see it so clearly I can taste it. One room. One fan, clacking out the seconds nobody else is counting. Food for one, cooked without humming. Jokes that crawl up my throat and die there, because there’s no one to catch them. And the family group chat buzzing with “good morning” forwards while I type “I’m good” with fingers that feel like lead.

And when I die God, when I die there won’t be a son’s hand trembling to light the pyre. No daughter sobbing into my old kurta. No family breaking the door down because they already think I’m “good”. Just a phone call. A clerk sighing, filling out a form. A white van. Strangers in gloves and masks who will lift me like I’m a problem to be solved, not a person who was loved. They’ll do the last rites because it’s their shift, not because their heart is breaking.

Do you know what it’s like to carry this and still smile into a video call? To have your mom say “you look tired” and you say “just work” instead of “I’m drowning”? To know your final touch will be latex, and your family will find out through a stranger’s voice because you never told them you weren’t good?

It terrifies me. It guts me. Some nights I can’t breathe thinking about it.

But then, in the quietest part of the night, a smaller voice asks: is the horror in dying alone, or is it in living like you’re already dead? In bolting every door. In deciding you’re too broken for anyone to stay. In saying “I’m good” so many times that you start believing you don’t deserve for it to be true.

I don’t have answers. I just have this raw, ugly want: I want to matter. Even if it’s only to the chaiwala who remembers “bhaiya, kam cheeni”. Even if it’s the neighbor aunty who knocks because my lights were off for two days and she thought, “beta theek hai?” I want to believe we save each other in tiny, stubborn ways, so nobody becomes a file number.

If I do die alone, then I die alone. But I’m done practicing for it. I’m done letting “I’m good” be my epitaph while I’m still breathing. I’ll call first, even if my voice shakes. I’ll feed that street dog who looks at me like I’m someone. I’ll water a dying plant. I’ll ask the old man upstairs if he took his medicines.

Because maybe the opposite of dying alone isn’t a big family around your bed. Maybe it’s just one person, one day, whispering “he was good to me” when you’re gone. Maybe it starts with me not lying when someone asks how I am. And maybe that’s enough to make a life worth living, even if the last hands that touch you are strangers.

If you read this whole thing thank you. Genuinely. I know it’s heavy, and you didn’t have to stay. But you did. And for a minute, I wasn’t alone with these thoughts. That means more than you know.

TL;DR

I lie “I’m good” to my mom every time she calls because I’m terrified of being a burden. But I’m also terrified of dying alone and having the municipality do my last rites because no one knew I wasn’t actually good. The real horror isn’t dying alone it’s living like you’re already dead so your family never gets the chance to save you.

Every person who says ‘I’m good’ on calls or even looking into eyes… are we really ?

I’ve come to realize that love isn’t meant for everyone. Twice I gave my absolute loyalty, and twice I was destroyed.

I know some people might read this and think I’m just ranting or bitter, but I genuinely just need to get this off my chest. I need to speak my truth into the void because the silence in my own head is getting too loud.

My first relationship lasted four years. Everything ran so smoothly, those four years flew by like they had just started yesterday. But slowly, the shift happened. I eventually found out my partner she was cheating on me with a local politician. I was utterly shattered. I didn’t make a scene I just picked up what was left of my dignity and walked away. Like many people who go through that kind of heartbreak, I threw myself into my work and made a firm vow to myself, i will never fall in love again.

But life had other plans. I met a girl at my workplace. She was my junior, and she slowly became my anchor. She stood by me, listened to my pain, and piece by piece, she tore down my walls. Against my better judgment, I fell for her. I told myself this would be a fresh chapter, a new journey, and that I would be incredibly careful this time.

A while later, our company transferred a few of us including her to Bangalore. We decided to take a leap of faith and move in together. For a while, it was blissful. Just the two of us against the world. We bared our souls to each other, shared our past heartbreaks, and made a sacred promise, whatever happens, we talk to each other first. We never trust a third party. We were so deeply committed that we were actively planning a court marriage to become husband and wife before even informing our families.

Then came the turning point. I was sent to Lucknow for a two-day business trip. My work wrapped up much faster than expected on the very first day. Excited and deeply in love, I decided to catch an early flight back to Bangalore to surprise her.

I reached our apartment late at night. I used my spare key, unlocked the door, and in an instant, my entire world turned upside down.

I walked in to find my girlfriend in a compromising position with one of our male colleagues from the office. A massive, devastating verbal fight broke out. In her panic and anger, she actually slapped me twice. Right after, she packed some things and went to stay with a female colleague who lived in our same building.

I couldn't breathe. I couldn't handle the sheer weight of the betrayal happening all over again. The very next day, she I begged to forgive her but I wasn't able to get that out from my mine.

I begged my company to transfer me back to my hometown, and they did.

Twice I stayed absolutely loyal. And twice, I was completely destroyed by the people I trusted with my life.

The aftermath broke me in ways I didn't know was possible. I fell into a severe, clinical depression that eventually landed me in a rehabilitation facility. I am out now, but it took months of agonizing therapy and isolation to finally accept a harsh reality. Love is just not meant for me

Someone once said, "Loyalty is royalty." But they forgot to mention that not every loyal person gets peace in return. Some of us just get broken.

If you have read this far, thank you for listening to me. I just needed someone to know.

TL;DR: My first girlfriend of 4 years cheated on me with a politician. I closed my heart, but eventually fell for a coworker then got transferred in Bangalore. We moved in and planned to marry. I came home early from a trip to surprise her, only to catch her cheating with another colleague. The trauma sent me to rehab for severe depression, and I've finally accepted that love isn't for everyone.

UPDATE - HDFC froze my entire account over ₹1000 cyber complaint. Now my mother wants to sell her mangalsutra to hire a lawyer.

TLDR- HDFC froze my account over ₹1000 from an unknown UPI. The RBI Ombudsman closed my case. Looking at me being worried and stressed, my mother started worrying and her health deteriorated yesterday. I'm prioritizing her now. I've learned that justice isn't accessible without any influence/money. Keep your funds where you can access them.

Update to my previous post. First, thank you to everyone who replied and reached out to help. I'm sorry I couldn't reply to everyone.

Yesterday, my mother's health deteriorated because of my stress. She couldn't breathe properly and was unwell the entire day.

I'm taking her to the doctor today. She is my support system, and I can't see her suffer because of me. If I stop worrying or move on from this frozen account issue, maybe seeing me less stressed will help her recover sooner.

I haven't quit, but my mother is more important to me than this issue, and I don't want to see her in this condition.

I have submitted all documents three times, including WhatsApp chats with perfume customers and a self-declaration stating the ₹1000 was from an unknown UPI source. The bank did physical verification at my residence twice.

I even attached the paper that clearly shows I have submitted the documents. It's stamped by the bank with "RECEIVED."

The RBI Ombudsman closed my complaint saying I didn't provide enough documents to the bank.

I've learned my lesson. The law is not for everyone. You need to be rich, you need to be influential. Please keep your money somewhere you can access it.

Thank you to each and every one of you for your help and concern. I don't want to lose my mother because of this account freeze issue.

My sincerest apologies for not replying to messages. I was with my mother the entire day yesterday.

HDFC froze my entire account over ₹1000 cyber complaint. Now my mother wants to sell her mangalsutra to hire a lawyer.

TLDR - Got random ₹1000 in my HDFC account. Cyber complaint filed in Indore for that amount. The bank froze my entire account for 24 days and wants NOC from non-responsive IO. HDFC’s own email/app says hold is for ₹1000 only, and they admit they have no court order to freeze the full account. Can't afford a lawyer. My mother wants to sell mangalsutra to help. The court says only the disputed amount should be frozen, but the bank doesn't care.

I worked in Delhi earlier, so I opened an HDFC salary account. After leaving my job, I moved back to Mumbai and started a small perfume freelancing business. I used the same account for customer payments.

Last month, I received ₹1000 from an unknown person. I waited for someone to claim it, but no one did. The next morning, I got an email from HDFC: "MHA HOLD, CYBER COMPLAINT 1000RS."

My home branch is in Delhi. The mumbai branch told me a complaint was filed in Indore for ₹1000. They gave me the IO’s details. I’ve called and emailed the IO multiple times. No response.

I did Re-KYC and submitted all documents. The bank asked me for the same documents twice and yesterday I got an email asking for the same documents again for the 3rd time.

I told them they can hold the disputed amount and let me use my own money, but now the bank says they need an NOC from the IO to unfreeze my entire account, even though the dispute is only for ₹1000.

They said the IO not responding is "not their concern."

HDFC’s email and bank app both clearly say the hold is only for ₹1000, but my entire account is still frozen. I asked them “If you’ve frozen my entire account, you must have a court order.” They don’t have any court orders.

I tried hiring lawyers, but I can't afford the fees. I have ₹2500 left. My savings are stuck. I broke down in front of my mother and now she says she’ll sell her mangalsutra to pay a lawyer.

I won’t let her do that.

Courts have said banks can only freeze the disputed amount, not the whole account. But HDFC isn’t following it.

I might have to forget my hard-earned money and start from zero.

*Thank you, HDFC, for mentally harassing me for 24 days over ₹1000.*

Sorry to all the lawyer brothers and sisters, nothing personal. But it feels like jiske pass paisa hai law uska hai.

For innocents, there is no law, but only suffering.

COURT AND RBI said only freeze disputed amount, yet banks freeze all. Why does resolution take forever?

Bank accounts getting frozen are trending these days. Every day, hundreds of innocent people are facing this. There’s no proper help from the bank, and no help from the IO — they don’t receive or reply to emails.

Going to court for a resolution is very expensive. Most cases are raised in different cities, and this is the pattern with most bank account freezes.

Why are innocent people being treated like criminals? What are the legal and affordable remedies for this? Why are banks so arrogant? When they’re asked to hold a specific amount, they freeze the entire account instead, leaving people helpless. It makes a person feel like there’s no solution.

Do banks want people to end their lives before they unfreeze the non-disputed amount?

The court has already given judgments that banks can’t freeze entire accounts only the disputed amount should be marked as a lien.

So why isn’t this being followed?

@HDFC Bank — WHY?
