Redhot Reaper Chip Challenge

Gave this a try today. (Early birthday present.) It was definitely tolerable, but hotter than I expected, and hotter than I would eat for pleasure. Could still taste it after about half an hour. Didn't have a drink for at least an hour afterwards.

Cheeseburger Buldak

I've made Buldak burger before, so I decided to flip it around and make burger Buldak.

Cheese Buldak with added cheddar, topped with fried minced beef and onion, burger sauce, and sliced gherkins.

Poutine on the Ritz

This is the third burger I've made from the Bob's Burgers book. Cheese curds do not seem to be a thing here, so diced some fresh mozzarella instead.

Full English Buldakfast

Rosé Buldak, Heinz Chilli Beans (added some extra chilli flakes to that), smoked streaky bacon, black pudding, fried mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and buttered toast.

Technically not a *full* English breakfast because I don't like eggs and we didn't have any sausages.

Wasn't my best Buldak creation and was a lot of effort, so unlikely to do this again. (Though the bacon, black pudding, and Buldak combo I've had a couple of times before and it's great.)

Two cheddar-topped chilli-infused smash burgers layered with Quattro Cheese Buldak with extra hot chilli sauce in a seseme seed bun.

I didn't bother deep frying the pickle slices, and I replaced the sour cream with creme fraiche, but apart from that, followed the recipe from the book.

Actually worked out really nicely. Much nicer than the [last one I posted](https://www.reddit.com/r/BobsBurgers/s/3Ye69sRfFX). The feta, creme fraiche, and chives added a really nice creamy but tangy element to it.

Bacon, black pudding, and Rosé Buldak stir fried in the oil the bacon had been fried in.
