it’s imo the best home becuase of the secret wall but vekel Dosnt have the dialogue option to let me buy it would anything cause this or is anyway to fix it ?

I recently started a pretty big load order about 165 mods and I wanted to buy shadowfoot sanctum but vekel is not giving me the option to buy it also I had another problem where enthir would spawn upstairs instead of downstairs with karliah but I was able to fix that by deleting a mod then reinstalling it later but I really want shadowfoot sanctum I’ll post the load order down below let me know if there would be any problem with it that fight the game or stop me from buying the home another problem I found is I was thinking about doing the main questline but I can’t start it anywhere but yeah just let me know a

I’m so sick of playing laggy Europe matches to experience the multiplayer of this game

I got boxing underdogs the day I got my vr and I hadn’t played it much cus I didn’t know it has settings to move around and I have limited space now I found that out I’m 0-7 becuase I can’t find any lobby’s in Australian servers and it’s such a good game but it’s genuinely unplayable on Europe servers like fighting an octopus

I wanna do the campaign with someone on any server at all but cannot find any lobby’s anyone at all wanna play
