Howdy folks. Today, reliable sources on Twitter indicated the following release order for the rest of 2026.

Season 9: The Hood (Vanguard) + Vampire!Jubilee (Strategist)

Season 10: Gorr (role unknown) + Nightcrawler (role unknown)

Season 11: Doom (role unknown) + Unknown Hero

Here are my thoughts on the odds of Rogue stealing powers from them:

The Hood’s powers typically come from his demonic hood and boots; as an external power source similar to Moon Knight’s, I don’t see Rogue getting anything from him (which sucks if his leaked kit is accurate.

Jubilee will likely have a combination of her mutant and vampire abilities. Regardless of what balance they shoot for, Rogue will most likely steal something from her.

Gorr’s powers mostly come from the Necrosword; powers unlikely.

Nightcrawler, as a mutant and Rogue’s “brother”, will almost certainly give us something.

Doom will depend on if there’s any magic in his kit; without any magic it’s looking unlikely, as there’s a good chance he’s heavy on tech and chronovium gadgets.

And for what it’s worth, I personally think we’ll get Cap. Marvel or Prof. X in Season 11 with Doom. Xavier will probably give us something… and there is literally zero chance in hell Captain Marvel gives us nothing.

All in all, that would mean about 4 new abilities for absorption this year, mayyyyyyybe 6 if Season 11 has any surprises, or any of the earlier characters miraculously give us anything.

TL;DR: It’s not looking good, but she’ll get a few more. Mutants seem to have a 100% steal rate but the devs are being very conservative if the target’s powers come from a gadget or tool.

This ability makes a lot of sense. The dash and jump would’ve been useless to her without any ranged abilities; good for her.

They’ve dropped a lot of naturally powerless characters this year so I looked the other way. But Cyclops has possibly the most iconic mutant ability in the entire Marvel universe, second only to Wolverine’s claws.

I can pass on Reed’s fridge form. I can even pass on Dino’s fire breath.

But for the love of everything holy, PLEASE G2, spare us the fatal att. reset and give us laser eyes.

Was warmin' up in P vs. Ai today; seems like stealing Emma's diamond form in the new Starlit Rebel skin applies the vfx to the entire model, not just Rogue's skin and hair.

Still looks super sick and not exactly complainin' - just figured some of you folks might find this interesting, and wanna check for yourself. Cheers and happy takin!

Mysterious woman on a ledge with the exact same thought patterns as Rogue was, in fact, a duplicate of Rogue, and not Mystique, Carol Danvers, Madelyne Prior, or Cyclops.

Not sure if I’m a TankClops believer, but Scott canonically already has psionic shield capabilities. Food for thought.
