Hi Guys! Easy question. I finished the 14 days of this amazing program (really and truly it is amazing. Anyone on the fence about doing this I highly recommend giving it a try) and I'm a little confused about what to do next. It states that I will be training 3x per week and progressing to harder exercises once I reach the top rep range of an exercise. But it gives a "graduation" point at which as soon as I can perform:
I eligible to move on to the BWSF routine.
So what is my end point? Is it the harder progression or the 3x8 push ups and rows???
Simple question but would love an answer. Thanks!
Right now I am doing the BWF Primer because I can't even do a proper push up. So I am losing a little bit of my motivation. Looking to lose weight and hopefully get my cholesterol down. I really love this community and the idea of using no weights but heard posts from before talking about incorporating dumbbells into their programs. I also saw some $50 Parallettes but read that the dumbbells would be more beneficial to me. Help guys I don't want to cheat on my mates here. So as I mentioned in the title, convince me to stick with the BWF Primer.
Stupid question but I was looking at the Recommended Routine and I noticed that they said Rows are a non negotiable. I have no way to do a row but I have the Parallel Bars. Couldn't I just do the Inverted Rows on the Parallel Bars? They make it seem like these are two different things. Are they? Any help in understanding this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Also I have The Bongkim Power Tower Portable Pullup Bar Station with rings. Would that be stable enough to do rows? Thanks!
Feelling so alone in this. Everyone here just seems to be so smart. I'm not looking for sympathy or anything but anyone who feels the same way.
I don't know if anyone did this but I use to force myself to stay awake at night. The next day I was so tired and drowsy it was sort of a drug that would help me cope with my anxiety and people bullying me. I would focus on being tired and not on the bullying. Don't know if anyone has done this but those sleepless night are how I developed the condition.
And I have no friends. FML
I don't speak well and don't have a huge vocabulary. I use word salad. But I am not trying to impress anyone or think that I am a better person than anyone else. But as I mentioned I do this. Is there anyone else who does this and hates that we live in a world that seems to only tolerate one form of speech.
Family practically used them as babysitters.
After dealing with an overpayment I am trying to be extra cautious. Is there anything I have to report and if so how?
I never downloaded anything and tried some options from google. What does this mean and is there any way to fix it?
Guess I'm a Curious George. What are you guys doing?
Looking into my options to receive some sort of training to re enter the job market. Anyone have any success with this program?
I missed out on the opportunity to become a PSW during that time. Any of you guys lucky enough to receive this opportunity?
A fun, vibrant restaurant to take my Jamaican mother for a special occasion.
Ok so I never did blood tests yet but I have all the symptoms. Have this and epilepsy and anxiety. And High Cholesterol. On meds galore :(. Happy to see this community. Just finished some exercise and willing to make walking a daily activity even though I suffer from Agoraphobia and am afraid to go outside
I also have chronic dry eye.
My question to you all is how do you manage? I have so much problems right now and feel like giving up.
